Who is eligible?

You’re eligible for the $50 credit under the following conditions:

• New customers only: You must be a new FishingBooker customer who does not have an existing account on our platform.*
• Designated landing page sign-up: You must sign up for your FishingBooker account through the designated promotional landing page https://fishingbooker.com/Ricky
• ️Promotional period sign-up: You must sign up for your account during the credit offer period, which runs from 2025-05-12 to 2025-11-30.

You are not eligible for the credit if:

• You are an employee of FishingBooker
• You are the family member of an employee of FishingBooker

*We have the right to verify that all sign-ups are new users and not existing users with different email addresses. FishingBooker’s General Terms of Use apply to all new customers.

Do I need to do anything after I sign up?

Once you’ve signed up through the promotional landing page, you must verify your email address within 7 days. Unverified users will not be eligible for the $50 credit.

Our “no purchase necessary” policy

You do not have to purchase a product or service or pay a fee to be eligible for the $50 credit promotion.

How the credit works

When will I receive the credit?

The $50 credit will be automatically applied to your account once your email is verified.

What are the rules for using the credit?

• The credit can be used on any trip booked through FishingBooker.
• The credit must be used within 3 months from the date of email verification. If unused, it will expire once this period ends.
• ️The credit cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or credits.
• ️The credit is non-transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.

Cancellation and refunds

• If you book a trip using the $50 credit and then cancel it, the credit will not be reissued.
• FishingBooker’s standard cancellation and refund policies apply to the rest of the bookings made using the $50 credit.

Our additional responsibilities and policies

Modifications

• FishingBooker reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of suspected fraud or abuse, FishingBooker reserves the right to revoke the $50 credit and cancel any associated bookings.

Privacy

• By participating in this offer, users agree to FishingBooker's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Any personal information you provide during sign-up will be used in accordance with FishingBooker's Privacy Policy.

Dispute resolution

FishingBooker’s Terms of Use will apply in the case of any necessary dispute resolution.

Limitation of liability

• FishingBooker is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures that may prevent users from participating in this offer or redeeming the credit.
• FishingBooker's liability for any issues arising from this offer is limited to the value of the $50 credit.
