You'll be fishing from a 25' Robalo walkaround, equipped with top-of-the-line Raymarine and Lowrance navigational instruments, as well as downriggers for trolling. She's spacious and can comfortably accommodate large groups of up to 6 guests, making her perfect for family trips or corporate team-building events.
You'll depart out of Rondout Creek in Port Ewen to target the mighty Striped Bass. You'll be trolling for most of the trip but you can also choose to fly fish if you're up for an extra challenge. Stripers are extremely fun to chase and provide a hard battle for even the most experienced anglers.
State-of-the-art equipment and tackle are provided on every trip, including fly gear if you want to give fly fishing a go. The boat is also stocked with safety equipment, including life vests for children. Kids age 5 and up are more than welcome aboard, as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Awesome day!! Striper fishing has been on my bucket list for years, this was all I hoped for and more. Set up with Captain Mike with Reel Addicted Charters out of Port Ewen. Was easy, appreciated him touching base the day before and answering our questions. Ryan and John took us out for the afternoon. Bite was on immediately, couldn't keep all the lines in the water. Things slowed down later in the afternoon, team was constantly in contact and comparing notes. Fish finder was great, we knew the stripers were there. Just had to work it, be patient as the tide shifted and try a few spots. Sure enough, the team's knowledge and gear got us into a few more including two really big fish right at the end of day. Fished many years, fabulous experience with a great crew! Friendly, professional, super nice boat, and really fun to fish with. Looking forward to doing it again!

Captain Mike and his Dad worked very hard to give us the best experience possible. Four of us all caught fish including a forty pounder! Captain Mike is the “fish whisperer” and knows how to find them even when others cannot. Boat is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this charter if you like catching fish!
