Island Boat Tours & Adventures offers fun-filled, family-friendly days on the water. Spend your day exploring the beautiful Anna Maria Island. Visit isolated sandbars. Swim in the clear, warm waters. And of course, fish for great inshore species.
The waters around Bradenton Beach, FL are full of tasty fish. Redfish, Speckled Trout, Snook, Spanish Mackerel, Flounder, and Pompano can all be caught here, and are as great to eat as they are to catch. You can also find some of Florida’s greatest game fish like Tarpon swimming about here. The area has all the makings of the perfect day out with your family or friends.
And so does the boat! Their 26’ Beach Cat combines all the open space and shady comfort of a pontoon with the stability of a catamaran. She was completely overhauled in 2022 and now makes for the perfect family-friendly fishing platform. The large, open deck also has plenty of room for a wheelchair.
All Island Boat Tours & Adventures trips come with rods, tackle, lures, bait, and licenses for up to four anglers. If not all of you want to fish, an additional two non-anglers can join on your trip. So grab your food, drinks, sunscreen, and camera, and climb aboard with the whole family or all your friends for that perfect day on the water.

Captain Louis provided our family with a fantastic fishing adventure. He was very knowledgable about the area and took
the time to teach our 2 kids the secrets to cathching fish. We also found several dolphins near the sand bar and got to
watch them play while we enjoyed the beautiful area out of the boat. Captain Louis was a great host and very patient with our kids on their first charter. We all caught several fish and had a memorable time!

What Wonderful Experience

Family of 3, for fishing. Had an awesome experience, tried 3 different locations and caught enough fish to loose track of how many kinds. Caught a shark and had two others on the hook but couldn’t reel them in. Captain Louis was kind, reassuring and went out of his way to provide a great experience. Would definitely book with him again.

Afternoon with Captain Joe

Can’t thank Captain Joe enough for a great afternoon. After Florida had a red algae bloom, fish were hard to come by. He worked tirelessly, trying several locations and bait options until we were successful. He was patient and knowledgeable with the different fish and how to “hook them” as they all react differently. Definitely knows the area and some of the local spots/locations. Provided some nice history of the absolutely beautiful area. The sunset alone was worth the charter.
