Alaskan Angling Adventures
Alaskan Angling Adventures offers you the chance to fish in search of King, Silver, and Sockeye Salmon, as well as Dolly Varden and Rainbow Trout. Launching out of Cooper Landing, Sterling or Kasilof you will be fishing in the heart of the Chugach National Forest or the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge while still being an easy drive from local cities.
You will be spending your day winding along one of the area’s many rivers aboard Mike’s 20’ Willie Drift Boat. Built in 2009, this sturdy, modern vessel is the perfect tool for getting into the very best waters. Many of the local fisheries are drift boat-only, so you can leave the noise and pollution behind you and focus on the fishing.
You can take your pick of local rivers to explore, each offering great and unique opportunities. Head deep into the Upper Kenai River, following its path through the Kenai Mountains and into the Chugach National Forest. Drift along the Kalisof River, or the Middle Kenai River making your way through the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge.
Whatever you do, you can trust your guide to get you fishing in the best spots. Mike has been fishing his whole life and is never happier or more at home than when on the water. He will teach you all about the local wildlife and nature and will get you on catches the likes of which you have never seen.
Anglers of all ages and skill levels are welcome, with everything you need for world-class fishing provided on your trip. Your guide will even clean and fillet all your Salmon at the end of the day, ready to enjoy as soon as you get home. Please be advised that all Trout and Char are catch and release only.
This truly is an incredible opportunity, fishing in untouched wilderness for hard-fighting fish with an experienced guide and top tackle. So get out into the country and get ready for a trip you will forever look back on and smile.
Sales tax is included in the rates.
