The waters surrounding Gabriola are extremely bountiful and provide excellent fishing grounds for Salmon and other species – the Straits of Georgia are some of the best Salmon grounds in the world. Go-Fish Charters capitalizes on that fact and takes their customers to the hottest fishing spots in one of the best fishing areas, join them and see for yourself!
You will fish from their excellent 28' long pilothouse, built by the Harbercraft company in 2008. She's powered by twin 250 HP Yamaha engines, allowing for a maximum cruising speed of 30 knots – you won't waste any time traveling to the fishing spot on this boat! She's got all the comforts you can expect from a serious fishing vessel, such as a full-head toilet, a kitchen, state-of-the-art navigation and fish finding systems, and a refrigerator.
Captain Regan Lall will take you fishing after a variety of gorgeous species such as Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Pink Salmon, Sockeye Salmon, Crabs, Shrimps, as well as various bottom-feeding fish. He's extremely experienced in fishing these local waters, having done that for over five decades, and showing no signs of stopping! You'll use tried-and-tested techniques such as jigging, spinning, drift fishing with heavy tackle, bottom fishing, and trolling too.
Departure times depend on the tides as well as other weather factors.
Children under the age of 4 are not allowed on board. The crew is keen to assist and instruct both novices and experienced sea-wolves. The first mate will clean and fillet your fish free of charge, gratuity is greatly appreciated. Go Fish Charters is wheelchair accessible and they invite all anglers to join them on this exciting fishing adventure!

Great trip. Very knowledgeable staff!
We went out with Regan and Sylvie and had a great day on the water. We caught salmon, rockfish and lingcod. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Would definitely book with them again.
My family had a great time catching fish and learning about the different kinds of fish and wild life. Randal and Silvie were fantastic and have a great sense of humour! 10/10 would fish again

Awesome!! Regan and Sylvie were fantastic and we got a perfect day on the water! We caught salmon, rock cod, Ling cod, shrimp and crab which we just finished eating!! Absolutely fantastic day!!
