Abbie and Amil took my girlfriend and I out for a full day of inshore fishing. Before we blasted off, Abbie informed us that fly fishing for Bonefish would be extremely difficult and said that he had a backup plan. I, of course hated that I couldn't fly fish but the water was dirty from all of the wind and the wind was howling. Truth be told, I was just hoping my gf could catch one bonefish and she caught 3 so we were pleased. Abbie and Amil really went to great lengths to make for a good day of fishing despite the poor conditions. Abbie was very patient with my gf and did a great job instructing her. We were both very thankful. Additionally, we enjoyed a fantastic lunch. Provided at a very reasonable price. The camaraderie and conversation was entertainin and interesting. My GF and I thoroughly enjoyed our time on the water and would highly recommend Go Fish Belize for a great day of fishing in beautiful Belize.

Thank you for choosing GoFish Belize. We are glad to hear you both had a great time fishing with Abbie and Amir. We look forward to taking you fishing again.
Spent a full day on the water on the flats with Captain Abner and his son Amir chasing bonefish, tarpon, and permit on fly tackle. Both of them were very patient with me as a novice saltwater fly fisherman. They worked very hard to get me shots at fish. Aside from catching a grand slam, I learned so much. The next morning, my wife and I fished with Captain Carlos for bonefish and tarpon on spinning tackle. Carlos worked very hard to get us shots and was very helpful with my wife who has little fishing experience. We had a great time. Everyone in this outfit communicated very well from the time of booking to being dropped off at the dock on our last day. I hope to fish with them again!
Great day in pursuit of big tarpon. Abner and his son did a fantastic job finding the fish, but they proved elusive most of the day. Patience did allow a number of good shots with 2 hook ups, but unfortunately no fish caught. Nevertheless who thoroughly recommend Abner whose experience and guidance was greatly appreciated on a special day's fishing in stunning surroundings.

Thank you for sharing your experience! It sounds like you had an exciting day chasing big tarpon with Abner and his son. We're thrilled to hear that you thoroughly recommend Abner for his experience and guidance, which added to the enjoyment of your special day of fishing in such stunning surroundings. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another memorable fishing adventure soon!
Had a great time. We hooked up with several 100lb. Plus Tarpon and man did they do a number on me and us. Capt'n was awesome and worked hard to always put us in a great position to be successful. As always I learned more about chasing these Giants and how extremely difficult and challenging they become when the top that 100lb. Mark. Had a great day on the water and can't wait to get after em again!!
The trip from start to finish was amazing. Abby and Gigi were extremely knowledgeable about the place that has been home to them for generations. Love the passion they had for fishing and our environment. They worked hard to put us on the fish and had to do a little traveling due to the commercialization of the other islands. My son and I both landed tarpon and bone fish. Would definitely recommend!

Thank you for choosing GoFish Belize. We are glad you and your son had an amazing time fishing with Abbie and Gigi. We look forward to taking you fishing again.
