Capt. Brian is easy-going. For him, fishing is fun first and foremost. He enjoys entertaining his clients in-between the bites, and sharing fish stories and jokes. You pay for the trip, Capt. Brian throws the fun in for free!
With Spotted, Largemouth, and Smallmouth Bass, Brown Trout, Steelhead, and Crappie all among the popular catches, it’s hard to resist a trip or two. All you have to do is choose which type of fishing suits you best – wading or fishing from the boat. If you wish to come face to fin with someone from the bass family, you can catch them between September and Father’s Day.
The boat is a 19’ Ranger bass boat with plenty of space for up to 4 anglers. It can cruise at a top speed of 60 knots thanks to its 175 HP Suzuki engine. The bass boat is well-prepared to put you on top of the hottest bite.
The trips are all-inclusive, all you have to do is purchase a valid fishing license.

Brian was a fantastic captain. He showed up early, was very knowledgeable and personable. You can tell he enjoys being out on the water and helping people land the fish. We had a good first few runs but the water was running high which slowed them down a little. Despite this we were still catching fish. I strongly recommend Brian if you are fishing out that way.

Father’s Day weekend with Captain B

Best Captain choice ever! Captain B’s greatest goal seemed to be making sure my son and I had a great experience . He pointed out local wildlife while putting us on trophy trout at the same time! He was very accommodating to our request to spend a little time photographing the Family of bald eagles he had pointed out! He was not only kind to us, his paying clients, he was courteous to every other angler and Captain on the water and his great personality seemed to be rewarded by the number and size of fish he was able to put us on... my son and I are already talking about next time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with our fishing guide, Captain Brian. He is very knowledgeable regarding fishing gear and the best place and time to use various types of fishing gear. As much as we enjoyed our time reeling in the beautiful rainbow trout of various sizes, we also enjoyed Brian's interaction with the American Bald Eagles that reside along the shores of Lake Taneycomo.

Brian called to confirm our meeting place and time the day before. The scenery was beautiful and he was very knowledgeable of the surroundings and points of interest.
