If you've never tried ice fishing, and it's on your bucket list, then All Pro Adventures has just the right thing for you! With plenty of experience and knowledge about where the ice is strong and the bite is good, Captain Dennis Hunter is ready to show you how exciting ice fishing in Colorado can be.
Maybe this is your first time on the ice and you're not sure how it all works, but no worries, your captain will be with you every step of the way. He will meet you and up to 3 of your friends at a designated spot in the Eleven Mile State Park and take you where the conditions to drop your line are optimal.
On this expedition, you're in for a hands-on experience, as Capt. Dennis will teach you how to drill holes in the ice, use all the gear he will provide you with, bait your hook, and reel in something cool. While you're waiting for the fish to come, you can relax in a heated ice hut and enjoy the breathtaking snowy scenery and silence.
You can opt-in for a trip that will keep you on the trail of Walleye, which is always fun, as much as it is challenging, to catch. If you'd rather test your line in going after Northern Pike and Trout, there's a specialized expedition for that as well. Pick your gamefish and let your guide take care of everything else.
Capt. Dennis is in charge of everything – from special rods and reels you'll use, to providing a warm shelter where you can take cover if the cold gets too much. What you should think about is bringing snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, and of course, clothing that is adequate for this kind of adventure (make it super warm).
Since these outings last either 4 or 6 hours, feel free to bring the kids with you, it will be a wonderful chance to bond and make beautiful memories. All Pro Outdoors knows its way around the ice, so let them show you how to have an amazing time while ice fishing!

The captain was communicative and knowledgeable and the trip was well organized. We didn’t catch much but we had a good time!

We came in from Florida and wanted to try a new fishing experience. Dennis was an amazing host and guide- he had everything to get the fish on as well as accommodate us with some creature comforts. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in the area looking to try out fishing in Colorado!

Our little family of four thoroughly enjoyed our day out on the ice. We are thrilled to be able to say we got to go ice fishing in Colorado! Dennis is an absolute gem! He offers a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and good company! Thank you, again!
We had a blast… it was absolutely gorgeous and so much fun!!

Captain Dannis Hunter held his first rod when he was only 5 years old, and that's when his love of fishing started. In time, he specialized in going after the Colorado favorites like Northern Pike, Rainbow Trout, Smallmouth Bass, Lake Trout, Cutbow Trout, and his definite favorite, Walleye. When Capt. Dennis isn't taking people fishing, he often participates in various competitions as a Walleye tournament angler.
