With over 14 years of freshwater angling experience under his belt, Rob knows exactly what it takes to hook this feisty, hard-fighting fish, and he can’t wait to show you the tips and tricks he’s picked up along the way.

Rob offers guests the chance to join him on board his charter for a day out on the various rivers that surround this part of Bay City, located in Oregon. Rob knows this area like the back of his hand, so he’ll follow wherever the fish are biting to take you to the hottest freshwater spots around! This means that, depending on when you visit, your location may change – but no matter where you go, you’ll be on fish!

You’ll be fishing from your guide’s 20’ Koffler drift boat, perfectly built to accommodate up to 3 guests and to tackle these freshwater fishing grounds. Fishing from a drift boat allows guests a truly hands-on, up-close-and-personal angling experience, and you’ll all be able to fish at the same time. This vessel is decked out with walk-around seating, in-floor fish storage boxes, heaters, a pizza oven, and all the necessary safety gear. Children aged 8 and up are welcome – just bring life jackets!

Your guide specializes in going after Steelhead, but you’ll also have the chance to hook a variety of Salmon, too – Chinook and Coho are most commonly found here. Rob loves taking anglers of all skill levels out to experience these fishing grounds, and he’ll be on hand to help you bait your hook, cast off, and try out a variety of techniques to land your dream catch.
