Head out to sea aboard a 33’ Contender center console, accommodating up to 6 anglers. Powered by twin Yamaha 300 HP engines, you’ll speed off into the Gulf. It’s all about the fishing here. Thanks to the onboard radar, fishfinder, GPS, and VHF radio, you’ll have no trouble finding the sweet spots. With a flybridge, outriggers, and livewell on board, your chances of reeling ‘em in are second-to-none.
The further you go, the bigger the fish. Target the coveted, spectacular Sailfish offshore. Tunas and Mahi Mahi will prove to be a delicious treat to take home when far out, too. When hitting the reefs and wrecks, there’s no shortage of thrilling game fish that will also become tasty table fare. Try trolling, bottom fishing, jigging, popping, and more, with live, dead, and artificial bait, for Groupers, Snappers, Amberjacks, and a whole host of great fish.
If you want to get up close to the fish, just let the captain know. You’ll get to snorkel or spearfish, which will open your eyes to the underworld. If you want to catch the rays, there’s plenty of space to relax on board. There’s also ample shade on board to cool off. Booked a full day offshore with captain john, captain Steve was also with us this day and let me just say these two were absolutely exceptional! From start to finish we got the full experience. They were super knowledgeable about fishing in key west! They were patient all day even though we were beginners they coach us every step up the way and allowed us to be hands on! I’d recommend these guys a million times over ! We caught lots of snappers and even some African pompano which they said were incredibly rare to catch and only catch a handful a year

Wind was blowing captain Steve recommended we stay inshore to keep it calm and not get beat up he promised we would still catch fish and that we did! We caught 2 large mutton snapper , an entire bag and variety of other species of snappers and groupers including some big sharks !! Coming back for sure

The fishing was action packed all day the crew had bait penned up and ready to go upon arrival we traveled about 40 miles according to the captain and from the rods didn’t stop bending all day long! This was amazing highly recommend

Fishing with Capt. John was a great experience! Very easy going guy. We moved around a couple times until we found THE spot. After that it was one fish after another! Then to top everything off he put my 16yo daughter on a shark which she has been wanting to catch for some time. She got her wish when she pulled up a 7’ 250lb lemon shark! Thanks John for a day of great memories!
