He’s always loved helping other people and teaching them how to land that dream catch. Now, doing it as a living, he gets a rush out of seeing people’s smile when they reel in a big one.
These shallow waters can be difficult to navigate. Not when you have a 21’ Carolina Skiff, though. This light vessel will stay afloat in pretty much any body of water. Powered by a 150 HP Mercury engine, you’ll speed off along the bay, before the wireless trolling motor helps you steer in the skinny waters. She comes fitted with all the necessary safety equipment, including an EPIRB, and the captain is fully CPR-trained, for that extra peace of mind.
When out on the fish, try bottom dropping, popping the tops, or trolling while you drift along. With the latest Penn rods and reels, you’ll have the best chance of hooking some of these tough-fighting species aboard. Battle it out with the notorious Snook, along with Redfish, and Seatrout. While you’ll also go after a range of tasty fish to fill up your fridge. Take home Sheepshead, Tripletail, Snapper, and Mackerel, among many more.
At the end of your trip, Captain Juan will clean and prepare your catch for you to take home for a delicious dinner, and beyond! With water provided and your license taken care of, all that’s left for you to do is bring some snacks and drinks aboard and get ready for a productive day with Glo#1 Fishing Charters. Captain Juan was a fantastic host! He was accommodating and accepted us with a last minute booking after our initial reservation was canceled by another charter. His communication with us was excellent. It was a blessing in disguise because we couldn't have asked for a better captain than Juan. His boat and equipment were nice and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back down in a few months for another trip and I won't have to waste my time searching for another charter as I'll definitely just book with Juan again. Thanks brother! 🤙

Great fishing trip for son's 13th birthday!
I flew my son from Ohio to Florida for a 13th birthday present. A weekend at the beach and a charter fishing trip. It was a chilly weekend for Florida, and a little windy, providing some choppy currents. Captain Juan knew where to go to get us on the fish and although not as much was biting as summer time, we still caught lots of fish! We are used to freshwater fishing and Captain Juan was able to teach us the ropes and new techniques of fishing in the big blue. My son learned a lot and we had a great time. We took our sheepshead and mangrove snapper to a restaurant to cook up for us and had more dinner than we could even finish! He was on time, professional, and was very experienced at doing this. Would highly recommend booking with Captain Juan! We will be back some time again. Hopefully in warmer weather. :)

Great fun!!
Our trip was fantastic! Captain Juan put us on some snapper right away. Then we went after some reds, which were not cooperating. He took us over to a bridge and we got back on snapper and grouper ( had to release the grouper). We caught plenty of fish. I will call Captain Juan when we come back for sure! You won’t regret going out with him!

Very accommodating
We have two kiddos. One loves fishing, the other one dibbles and dabbles lol! Capt. Juan, was very patient with them. If one wanted to fish he would help/coach them. If one didn’t, he was cool with that too! The weather was super funky the day of our trip so we didn’t catch much. However, captain Juan invited us back for a make up session! We know he didn’t have to do that and are very grateful ☺️
