Based out of Omro, WI, you’ll have access to the productive waters of the Wolf and Fox River, Lake Poygan, and Lake Butte des Morts. Captain John Buser is a fly fishing nut and will bring all the gear necessary to get you reeling in some stunning fish on the fly.

Drift along the shallow waters aboard a 14’ Air drift boat. You’ll paddle your way downstream or across the lake in search of the sweet fishing spots. Capt. John will even take you to his lakeside ranch, where you’ll have the chance to fish for some great species. Everything you need for a productive day will be provided, and you’ll even be given sandwiches, snacks, and water and soft drinks to stay refreshed throughout the day.

You’ll need all the help you can get when tackling some of the monsters these waters have to offer. Catching a Bass, Brown Trout, Brook Trout, or Steelhead is tricky enough on a conventional rod and reel, so be prepared for an intense battle when you attempt to catch them on the fly. Tough-fighting and delicious to eat, these fish are prizes for anglers the whole world over. Get stuck in and make the most of it!

From the boat or even wading, you’ll have the opportunity to mix it up while on board with Firl Outfitters Fly Fishing Adventures. Up to 2 people are welcome aboard, so bring a loved one or close friend and engage in some incredible fishing and bonding time. Capt.
