Radar's Pro Fishing
Catch the tastiest Salmon with Radar's Pro Fishing! Captain Raiden Bresch has been fishing his whole life and he chose to start his charter business in the Comox Valley for two reasons – excellent fishing year round and the unparalleled beauty of the landscape.
Capt. Raiden welcomes you aboard his 24' Grady White cuddy cabin, that was newly restored in 2017. She's powered by a 300 HP Suzuki engine and can reach an amazing speed of 45 knots. The boat also has safety and navigational equipment, an enclosed toilet, multimedia system, and downriggers. The boat can accommodate up to 4 guests but 2 can fish at the same time. Since there's always plenty of action, it won't be long before you take the rod.
Your main targets will be Salmon, Lingcod, and Halibut and you will mostly troll along the bottom for them. Capt. Raiden will search for the best fishing spots around Comox, Hornby Island, or Powell River – it all depends on the season and fish activity. The captain is also skilled in catch cleaning and he will gladly fillet your fish.
Capt. Raiden will provide you with single-action reels, which make fishing much more fun and provide a great challenge. Even if you've never fished before, your captain will help you learn the basics and start feeling confident. He believes that his guests should test their limits and that they can always do more than they thought in the first place.
Radar's Pro Fishing has a goal to provide its guests with an exciting, safe, educational, and a productive fishing experience. Capt. Raiden looks forward to meeting you!

A big thank you for a fantasic experience on a boat with the coolest military history. We went with Leon due to some weather interference and trip time juggling. He was very safety conscious, professional, knowledgeable topped off with a ton of stories and laughs. The trip was tailored perfectly for our group. It was very easy to book our trip and communication with Raiden was clear and timely. We cannot wait to go again next year ….. but can you throw in a whale or two… maybe a big old grizzly bear too?!😁

haha very nice, appreciate the kind words! a whale and a bear got it! see ya next year
Great fishing, fellowship and overall experience! Thanks Raiden! Oh, and we got our limit!

great to meet you guys! you will be eating quite good for a while i should think! see you next time!

thanks Frank!
We caught limits of kings and one nice silver that we could keep. Caught several others too, but they were wild (not hatchery fish). We actually fished with Skyler as Raiden had been double booked. We met Raiden and he was great too. I kept both of their numbers for our next visit.

great to get you out! see you next year!
Took two 16 year olds on first fishing trip. Captain was excellent teaching with tons of patience and encouragement. Boys each caught 22# plus Chinooks.

Great to have you all out Doug! Two of the biggest fish of the season so far no less! Just awesome. See you next time!
My love of fishing started at a very young age, thanks to my father who was a commercial fisherman and sport fishing guide. Born and raised on the ocean, I grew up in the Stuart Island area, north of Campbell River and I started my guiding career at 17. Going on 21 seasons now, I have guided up and down the coast of BC for many elite Lodges.
