He can't wait to share his fishing knowledge with you, but also teach you everything there is about the local wildlife and history.
Your freshwater adventure will take place aboard his 19' Polar/Dynasty center console that can take up to 4 adults fishing. It comes powered by a 150 HP Suzuki engine and features all the needed marine electronics and safety gear. On board, you'll also find a livewell to keep your bait spry and appetizing.
Captain Carlos will show you the hottest spots on Lake Osborne and Lake Ida. Your trip with Reefs To Rivers Fishing Charters will include a variety of techniques, such as trolling, spinning, and jigging. Depending on the bite, you'll get to reel in some of the area's most attractive freshwater species. This includes a variety of Bass (Largemouth, Peacock, and Striped), Clown Knife Fish, Crappie, and Catfish. These trips are catch and release only.
The charter will include the use of top-notch spinning and conventional Penn Battle, Shimano and Daiwa gear, as well as fishing licenses. Lures are also provided, though captain prefers using live bait and catches is before each trip.
You just have to bring any food/drinks you like, and of course, a desire to catch fish. All aboard!

My grandson celebrated his 11 th birthday on this excursion. We had a great time caught a bunch of fish. Captain Carlos was awesome and knows his stuff. Captain Carlos gave us a great birthday trip for my son. He showed a ton of patience as well great instruction for both of us. He definitely knew the area and put us on fish. I'm a Florida native here in Palm Beach who grew up on the water. Fishing, hunting, diving, surfing, and enjoying wildlife and nature here in our area has always been a passion of mine. I've worked on many boats from saltwater to freshwater. In February 2015, I received my 100-ton Captain License. I'm a certified Firefighter- paramedic and really enjoy helping people. I love being able to put a smile on a customer's face when they catch a fish and seeing their excitement when they reel in something they have never caught before. I like to give a lot of information about wildlife and history here in south Florida. This fishing charter service is very family oriented and welcomes all ages and groups.
