Mott Ridge Charters invites you to join them for an action-packed day of fishing. Anglers of all skill levels and ages are welcome to come and explore the inshore and nearshore waters in search of a catch they’ll be proud of. Consult with Captain Bud regarding species you’d like to target so that he can customize the experience to best fit your wishes.
The boat you’ll be fishing on is a 24’ Skeeter bay boat, equipped with a 300 HP Yamaha engine. Up to 4 anglers can fish aboard comfortably at the same time. The boat’s shallow draft will allow you to get into all the hard to reach places while exploring the captain’s favorite fishing grounds in the area.
Get ready for a day full of fun as you cruise these crystal-clear waters targeting Trout, Puppy Drum, and Rockfish, or, if you’re up for a challenge, try going after a trophy Redfish that this charter made its name on. If you decide to take your trip further offshore, you’ll have the opportunity to target species like Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish. Whatever you decide, captain Bud will give you all the help you may need to land the fish you want, even if it’s your first time fishing.
Top-quality Penn, Shimano, and Daiwa rods and reels will be provided for you on each trip. Additionally, you’ll have access to various types of live and artificial bait to make sure your trip is as productive as possible. Mott Ridge Charter welcomes children of all ages, but parents should bring life vests for all kids under the age of 12.
You’ll be able to buy your fishing license and have access to free parking at the meetup location. There are also several shops nearby where you can buy any drinks or snacks you might need for the trip. The last thing to keep in mind is to dress for the season you’re fishing in and don’t forget your sunscreen.
All that’s left to do is to set aside a date and book a trip with Mott Ridge Charters today!
