Welcome to Outcast Charters in the Cayman Islands! Their aim is to provide the optimum quality experience in sportfishing. They offer amazing private customized trips for reef fishing and deep sea fishing.
Your Cayman Island adventure starts on a 31' Bertram boat that accommodates up to 5 guests. She's powered by twin 240 HP Yanmar engines and also features a private toilet, flybridge, fighting chair, freshwater washdown, and shaded area. Snorkeling equipment is also available, just make sure to mention this to your captain in advance.
Great news for deep-sea fishermen – you don't have to go too far offshore for great angling action. The water gets deep pretty fast and it usually doesn't take longer than 30 minutes to reach your fishing spots. Your main offshore targets will be Mahi Mahi, Marlin, Tuna, and Wahoo.
Reef trips are more family friendly, especially if you're bringing your kids along. Reef fishing trips give you the opportunity to catch Snapper, Grouper, Triggerfish, Jacks, and Barracuda. Live bait will be used depending on the fish you're targeting and you will use ballyhoo on your way to the greater depths.
Capt. Daniel will provide your fishing equipment, water, and fruit punch. Feel free to bring other beverages of your choice, snacks, and sunscreen. If you're using a credit card for payment, you need to process it at least one day before the trip because the captain does not have a portable credit card reader.
The catch is usually being shared with the crew and they will gladly clean it for you after the trip.

We didn’t catch the buggest of fish today but we did carch some keepers. Capt and crew were fantastic. Easy going and very personable guys. They made the trip enjoyable. They did their best to put us on to the fish. Also went out of the way to make sure the kids could catch some barracuda, which was excoting for them. The best part was they filleted our fish at the dock and we walked it right in to Tukka restaurant where they cooked it up for us. Overall the experience was awesome and would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our day out on the water with Captain Daniel and first mate, Mark. We caught a wahoo which was cleaned and bagged up for us to enjoy for dinner. Our catch was prepared by the chef at Tukka, which is where the boat is docked. Chef made an appetizer of ceviche, which was hands down the best ceviche I have ever had. The main couse was grilled and blackened wahoo, which was also amazing. Great time fishing and topped it off with an awesome dinner to celebrate our catch!
We took a 4 hour deep sea fishing trip with Captain Daniel and his brother Jared. Both were very friendly and professional. Jared was quick getting all the lines ready while giving us some fun facts and history of the island. It was a slower day on the water but these guys worked extremely hard to put us on fish and we ended up with some good fish. We caught two barracuda, four blackfin tuna and two mahi mahi. Daniel prepared some of the tuna and mahi for us to have lunch at Tukka, which was absolutely incredible. If my family and I get back to Grand Cayman we will definitely book another trip with these guys!

Captain Daniel and Mark are a couple of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and they work hard to find fish. Our group caught mostly Barracuda and Black Fin Tuna but also got one rainbow runner. Wanted to catch some Wahoo and the guys worked hard to get us on some. However sometimes they just don't bite no matter what you do. We had a blast and when we finished the charter, we had the restaurant right where we caught the boat cook up our fish for lunch. We opted for the blackened tuna and it was delicious. So far it was the best meal I've had on the trip. These guys are awesome and I would highly recommend checking them out.

Our family had an amazing experience with Captain Daniel and his son from Outcast Charters Cayman. They were fantastic guides and made the whole trip enjoyable from start to finish. We caught two barracudas and one yellowfin tuna with them, which made the trip even more exciting. Captain Daniel and his son were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone was having fun.
