Come see what Bass fishing is all about and join a tournament-winning champion and expert local guide who knows all the nooks, crannies, and honey holes from the fresh waters of Alabama all the way up to the Great Lakes. Your guide for the day, Dave Steadman, has won multiple Bass fishing tournaments and knows all the techniques and tricks to help you land a trophy freshwater fish.
Your boat for the day is a 20’ Skeeter bass boat, built exclusively for freshwater lake and river fishing. She’s powered by a 225 HP Mercury engine, comes with a GPS and fishfinder, and is equipped with state-of-the-art tackle and safety gear to ensure an enjoyable ride. Dave is a CPR-trained and certified guide and takes safety very seriously. There’s no minimum age for kids, each trip accommodates up 2 guests, and both can fish at the same time.
You’ll be bottom fishing and jigging along the productive waters of Guntersville Lake, targeting a range of Bass species, including Smallies, Largemouth, Spotted, and Hybrid Striped Bass. You’ll also be able to target Crappie and any other freshwater fish that are attracted to the bait.
Dave keeps his boat stocked with snacks, water, and soda, but feel free to bring your own food and put them in his cooler. He also has an array of different brands of top-quality rods and reels so you don’t have to lug your own equipment around. Just be sure to purchase a fishing license online and the rest will be taken care of.
Get ready to be put on some serious trophy Bass and Crappie and join Dave Steadman for some fun and Steady Fishing! Pack some light clothing, don’t forget your sunblock, and come ready to land a fish or two that will look good mounted above the fireplace!
