Captain Steven Miller will take you into the blue, off the coast of Florida, in search of the hottest bite around.
Join him on board his 37' Buskin. She's a walkaround vessel, well-suited to navigating the waters surrounding Pensacola. You can bring 15 fishing buddies with you on this angling adventure, her deck design allows all of you to fish at once – all around the boat. You'll get to your fishery in no time, thanks to the twin 250 HP Cummins engines.
Capt. Steven will take you after a wide range of species in the nearshore and offshore waters off the coast of Pensacola. The main attractions are Red Snapper, Black Grouper, and Triggerfish, but a variety of other species can be landed as well. Make sure to pack a cooler with you so you can take your hard-earned catch home.
The captain will provide you with all the necessary tackle for this fishing excursion. You don't need a fishing license either, the captain's license covers all passengers. Just remember to bring sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, and adequate clothing – it can get quite hot on the water.

Our trip time was pushed back due to weather but they were still able to find the sweet spots with loads of fish! We also got to see spotted dolphins which rode the bow of the boat on the way back after they stole some fish from our lines but it was an awesome experience interacting with them anyway! Note: This is deep sea fishing so it’s over an hour out to the fish and if the water is rough the boat rocks quite a bit while you fish so go ahead and take the dramamine before you leave.

Seas were a little rough and the bite was a little off at times but all in all we had a wonderful experience and Great time! Would highly recommend anyone to go fishing with Captain Steve. Felt safe and secure the whole time, his mate Joe was very knowledgeable and a fun to be around kind of guy and they both are two class Acts! FISH ON Captain Steve and Joe! We limited out on vermilion snapper and caught a variety including trigger fish, red snapper, white snapper. Well worth the trip as we caught fish every time we dropped a line. If you are a beginner the six hour may be a little too much but if you want some fish go for it!! The deckhand and captain were excellent and made the trip amazing!! Will definitely recommend/go again next time we are in town!!

6 Hour Walk – on Trip - 1:30 PM on June 12, 2022 • 2 adultsCaptain Steve and crew were so awesome! Very communicative and flexible with plans around inclement weather, accommodating and professional. The boat was nicely equipped, plenty of rods and rod holders all around the boat to maximize fish biting time. Shaded and open cabin, toilet on board, running water hose for cleaning hands after baiting hooks. Went out deep, enjoyed four or five great fishing spots with red snapper hitting hard, saw dolphin, sharks, a sea turtle, and a variety of fish. Fantastic value for a half day trip you can’t beat + Jay is a whiz at cleaning and filleting your fish in a snap. Grab your filets and get home to sauté those bad boys up!

Every trip is different. Dolphins are fun for the ride in. Playing tug of war with them, not so much. Nature wins. Enjoy that catch of fish.
