Whether you're a novice or seasoned angler, Brynnie-B Inshore Fishing has a trip just right for you! Captain Frank Breakell offers something for every level of angler – every trip is fully customizable to suit your needs and desires.
Everyone is welcomed aboard the Brynnie-B II. Bring your family, bring your friends, or come alone. It's up to you. Cape May County waters offer a variety of species during the different seasons. Just ask what happens to be biting and I can offer you options. If you have something specific in mind, we can absolutely do that too. And if the fishing happens to be off, or there is a better option, I'll let you know that as well.
You can also choose to explore the beaches and what the surf has to offer. Options include casting out various baits or lures. Depending upon the season you can target Striped Bass, Bluefish, Weakfish, Triggerfish, Flounder, Tog, and many other species.
Surf fishing offers an angling opportunity for those who prefer to stay on land, newcomers who just want to try out fishing, or larger groups. The boat, however, will give you a variety of other options perfect for seasoned anglers or those who are seeking more of a challenge. Either way, Capt. Frank will meet your demands.
The captain will provide you with all the necessary rods, reels, and tackle, for the trip, though feel free to bring your own lucky gear with you. All the required safety and navigational equipment will be ready on board. When coming out, please wear something other than boots (they leave marks), and don't bring aerosol sunscreen, bug spray, glass, or other hard objects (really bad for the gel coat). Absolutely no drugs allowed.

I can’t say enough good things about our trip! It was absolutely PHENOMENAL. We had four people, myself, my husband, my 14-year old niece, and my 15-year old son. Frank was amazing with the kids. They’re not easy to impress and they’re already planning another outing with Frank next summer. They LOVED it. The fish weren’t cooperating as much as we would have liked, but we managed to catch some anyway, and Frank clearly knows what he’s doing…the good spots, the equipment, the different fish, the weather conditions, all of it. Honestly though, we all just enjoyed being out on the boat talking and laughing with no phones or ipads. The fish we caught were a bonus at that point. Frank just has that vibe that makes him fun to be around, and he knows what he’s doing. My son actually started to feel sick while we were out at the reef so Frank immediately headed back toward the marina to fish. Handled it calmly and very professionally, and thanks to him we got to finish out our day. If you’re thinking about booking, DO IT!!! You will not regret it! Thank you again, Frank! You have a new fan club for life!!!

I booked with Captain Frank because of the great reviews & bc he was also a teacher. I chose inshore fishing bc I was nervous about weather & possible cancellation for the boat. We happened to meet 2 blocks from where we stayed in Cape May, walking over at 5:55am was gorgeous. The sun was an amazing orange & the beach was quiet. Captain Frank was ready to go. He is patient & worked hard to bait & keep lines cast. We caught rays, sharks, king, dog & blue fish. My 14 & 12 year old had a fantastic time. We learned a lot & I felt very safe around the hooks, teeth & barbs with captain Frank in charge. Would absolutely recommend! Thank you Captain!
Life is about experiences. Captain Frank gives u that! He goes above and beyond to enhance your trip. Got us on some fish in some adverse conditions. Went out of his way to make sure our grandson had an incredible experience!!

I have fished a lot of charters and Captain Frank is 5 Star. He put us on Flounder, and when we wanted to try for Trigger he brought us exactly to where he thought they would be and we crushed it. My kids had the best time…It was pretty choppy and he is the one you want. Strongly recommend.

Four kids and two parents. Everybody had a great time. Weather was a little rough in the start, but we safely made it to where we needed to be. Everybody caught multiple fish over 4 hours. Frank is a great guy and he knows how to safely operate his beautiful boat.
