Reel Job Charters is ready to show you deep sea fishing like you’ve never experienced it before. Join expert local anglers, Captain Marro and his deckhand, Beto, in the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean and make the most of your chance to fish the famous coast of Cabo, Mexico.
The "Reel Job" is the real thing. This 35’ Cabo Express sportfisher has competed in numerous tournaments in these very waters. Fully outfitted with state-of-the-art electronics and fishing gear, she comes with all-new Simrad and Furuno navigational technology, outriggers, downriggers, a flybridge, fighting chair, and tuna tubes.
Inside, you’ll also find a private toilet, shower, bed, and kitchen. The boat takes up to 4 guests, everyone can fish comfortably at the same time, and kids of all ages are welcome to join in on the action. Cool off and relax in the air-conditioned cabin, and jam out to your favorite tunes while you fish thanks to the JBL speakers and Bluetooth.
Most trips take place around 20 miles offshore, where you’ll target prime Cabo sport fish: Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, Wahoo, and Roosterfish, to name a few. Just let the crew know what you want from your trip, and they’ll supply you with top notch Penn gear that’s tailored to your ambitions and experience level.
Just be sure to buy your fishing license before the trip, the crew can arrange this for you but will need to know the names of everyone in your group. Bring some sunscreen and feel free to pack snacks and drinks for the ride. Capt. Marro can also arrange lunch on board for a small extra charge. Just let him know in advance and he’ll include it in your trip.
After your trip, you’ll head back to the marina where the crew can clean your catch for a $20 tip. Everything else will be taken care of so that you can sit back and enjoy the journey ahead. If you’re happy with your service, please consider leaving a tip.

The boat was exceptionally clean and comfortable, equipped with professional rods and reels. The entire trip was meticulously planned and executed, with a well-thought-out fishing strategy that was always oriented towards success. Fantastic multi species day!
Met with Captain Moro just before 6:30am. Once it arrived we were off with 2 first mates. I indicated to Captain Moro we would like some fish for the freezer so we started off trolling for sierra’s. Had 2 in the boat in 20 minutes, also picked up 2 bonitas, 2 Crevelle, and a needlefish which we released. From there we trolled for Dorado for a couple hours but no luck. Turned attention to Marlin, and had 2 decent(85-100) marlin in boat in a couple hours. Great day, great crew. Highly recommend.

A Reel Job Adventure
We had a blast with Reel Job (Cabo) fishing charters. Captain Marro is the best In Cabo and Noel his mate worked all day to make sure we always had lures or bait in the water. It was a great experience. We started catching Fish in the first 30 minutes with a couple of Bonita then immediately started reeling in Mahi Mahi in pairs for a few hours. Halfway through the morning Marlin started biting and we caught Marlin until we were all worn out. I highly recommend Capt Marro and Reel Job. Very experienced crew/boat and you will have a great time.
