Captain Russell Young is a 5th-generation Bermudian fisherman who has been on the water since childhood, learning the trade alongside his father, Captain Russell Sr. By just 18 years old, he was already running the family business, and today he brings over 35 years of charter experience to the helm of the 4th ‘Sea Wolfe’.
His goal is simple: put fish in the boat and share his lifelong passion for fishing in the breathtaking waters of Bermuda.

We were able to take some of our catch to a local restaurant and had it prepared for us — such a delicious way to end an already fantastic day! Highly recommend this fishing charter for anyone looking for a memorable Bermuda experience. We’ll definitely be talking about this trip for a long time!

1/2 day early afternoon (PM) on May 24, 2026 • 2 adultsThe duo of Captain Russell and Marcus was incredible: their rapport, timing, and effort they put into finding fish and making sure we had a great time - ie catch fish - made the trip wholly enjoyable. We caught a couple tuna, one put up a crazy fight! Marcus also got to flex his knife skills, for our very generous portion take-to-restaurant tuna filet dinner. We lucked out too with a perfect sunny afternoon and ok swells. You can’t always predict the weather but I know I can rely on the Sea Wolfe crew to know their stuff cold and give their charter guests a great experience.

My son and I booked a half day charter and in only a couple of hours had already caught 3 wahoo and as an added bonus we had multiple humpback whale sightings. We also stopped at a wreck on the way back to feed the snappers. We were able to take some of our catch to a restaurant at the dockyard and have it cooked for our lunch. I would highly recommend a charter with the Sea Wolfe to anyone looking to get out there and catch some big fish!

We caught a Bonito, a Mako, a Mahi Mahi and 2 huge Wahoos, two of the biggest fishes we have ever caught. Despite the weather not always cooperating, the trip was near perfection. Captain and Deckhand were top notch. I highly recommend this boat and crew.

Captain Russell's father ran fishing charters out of Bermuda for over 40 years, and his earliest memories involve being on the water. There was only one career path for Capt. Russell: He started captaining boats at the age of 18 and has now spent over 30 years in the business. He never tires of this job and hopes to share his passion with every new customer, making sure that you enjoy your time in Bermuda.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

Pickup agreed upon reservation
Transfer to/from departure site may be available and included in price depending on your location and distance from the dock.
How you can pay
When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 10% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
