Taylor's Pokin' Fun Adventures – Freshwater
Are you ready for an awesome adventure out on the lakes of Ocala National Forest? Then you need to book a trip with Taylor’s Pokin’ Fun Adventures today. Capt. Ronnie has been fishing in Florida his whole life. He has loved showing his kids and grandkids how to fish and looks forward to welcoming you on board to show you the ropes, too.
The day will be spent on his 16’ airboat. This is the best way to get to the fishing grounds fast for you and your 2 fishing friends. Whether you’ve fished before or this is your first time, you’ll have a blast zooming along the waters to get on top of the fish.
Species you can target include Largemouth Bass, Bluegill, and Panfish. The captain will let you know which fish of what size can be kept and will fillet these for you after the trip. You should have a cooler with ice in the car to take the fish home in.
Everything you could need for a successful fishing day is included in the price of the trip. You’ll use top quality rods and reels from Penn and have live bait to use. Snacks and drinks (water and Gatorade) are also provided.
You must buy a fishing license before the day of the trip. It’s a good idea to bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.

Half Day Trip
Beautiful lake and unique experience
Captain Ronnie put us in a position to catch some hogs. We didn’t land them all but had a great day. He was patient with my 12-year old. It was our first time on an airboat and I highly recommend. While not on our boat, another friendly angler tilling near us caught a largemouth over 11lbs. We landed several good size fish and a have a good core memory with my youngest son.

Great time with Captain Ronnie!
My son and I went out with Captain Ronnie and had a good time on his boat getting into places to fish that your normal fishing boat wouldn’t dare go. We caught bass and catfish. Ronnie was on time and made sure we were comfortable throughout our trip.

Wow what a trip
My daughter had so much fun. All she wanted to do was catch A fish and she caught the 11.7 pounder. It was a great experience. Got cut short cause of the impending thunderstorm, but can’t help that!!! Thanks Captain Ron for a great adventure!!
