There are 3 ways to get your trip booked. 1. Private trips include only your group. 2. Shared trips may include other anglers up to a total of 6. 3. individual one-person trips are also available.
Go fishing with 2 Net Fishing Guide and discover the superb river and lake fisheries that Oregon has to offer! Captain Ken Burns had decades to explore different bodies of water in the area and he knows exactly where to go to find the best fishing action.
Whether it’s Sturgeon, Salmon, trout or Shad you’re after, your guide will do everything in his power for you to have a productive trip. Depending on your fishing preferences, you can choose from a range of specialized trips he runs year-round. You can test your hand in light and heavy tackle, as well as spinning, while Salmon responds best to trolling.
Your ride and fishing platform for the day is a 29’ custom Alumaweld Intruder. Powered with 225 HP Mercury. Depending on the weather, the boat is covered and heated! The boat can accommodate up to 6 anglers with a large fish-fighting floor.
If you love river fishing, you’ll explore Columbia and Willamette rivers. For fans of lake fishing, there’s also a variety to choose from, including Clear, Timothy, and Estacada lakes.
Capt. Ken will provide Stryker, Penn and Okuma rods and reels, and you’ll have an assortment of lures to tempt your prey. When you come back to land, your guide will make sure that your catch is cleaned and filleted for your convenience.
Children are welcome to join you on your trip, as long as they’re 8 and older, there are life jackets on board for everyone. All you need to bring is a valid fishing license, some snacks, and your favorite drinks (no alcohol), and your fishing adventure with 2 Net Fishing Guide can begin!

6 Hour Trip – Salmon Shared
GREAT Experience w/Captain Ken!
Fishing with Captain Ken was a great way to celebrate my brother's 75th birthday. Spending 6+ hours on the Willamette River trolling for those elusive salmon made for a very good day. Ken's knowledge of the rivers, tides, fish behaviors, current reports, gear, lures, baits, etc, etc, all gave us the confidence that if there were fish to be caught, we'd have caught them. Unfortunately, the fish eluded us all day. Disappointed? Sure, we had to get an alternate option for dinner, but that was the standard for virtually all of the other charters that day. Ken's charter had the vessel and gear needed for the day, he provided everything we needed to fish well (including the gear and step-by-step instructions), and we all left more knowledgeable after spending the day with him.

What a great fishing trip!!!! Our guide Ken Was so knowledgeable and friendly that we Are saving his information for next time we wanna go fishing. He was so knowledgeable about locations and tides and winds and water. I’ve never had such a knowledgeable guide on a fishing trip. We spent about an hour and a half of the five hour tour fishing for salmon with no luck today, but we caught about seven sturgeon with the remaining 3.5 hours. An absolutely beautiful tour and highly highly recommend!!

First Sturgeon Ever!!!
Ken has good equipment and a nice boat to ensure that if I hooked a sturgeon, I had the best chance to get it to the boat. Ken is very knowledgeable of the fish and the area we were in. He knows the spots that would give me the best chance to catch a nice one. I will definitely hire Ken again when I am in the area to fish for sturgeon or salmon!

The best!
We flew in from MN to visit my uncle over my birthday. We love fishing for lake sturgeon and have always wanted to try white sturgeon fishing. Ken was phenomenal! He pays attention to where the fish are actually biting and gave us the option to drive a bit further and boy was it worth it! Ken is very knowledgeable in what he does and just all around a great guy! My uncle was already talking about booking him for salmon fishing. Give Ken a try. His passion for fishing really shows when he takes you out!

The captain was a very friendly, nice guy. You can tell he really enjoys fishing and knows a lot about it. We enjoyed fishing for salmon, the river was beautiful, the captain was on time and waiting for us, The boat was clean, there’s a cooler for drinks, and plenty of room to move around.
