Whether it’s Sturgeon, Salmon, trout or Shad you’re after, your guide will do everything in his power for you to have a productive trip. Depending on your fishing preferences, you can choose from a range of specialized trips he runs year-round. You can test your hand in light and heavy tackle, as well as spinning, while Salmon responds best to trolling.
Your ride and fishing platform for the day is a 29’ custom Alumaweld Intruder. Powered with 225 HP Mercury. Depending on the weather, the boat is covered and heated! The boat can accommodate up to 6 anglers with a large fish-fighting floor.
If you love river fishing, you’ll explore Columbia and Willamette rivers. For fans of lake fishing, there’s also a variety to choose from, including Clear, Timothy, and Estacada lakes.
Capt. Ken will provide Stryker, Penn and Okuma rods and reels, and you’ll have an assortment of lures to tempt your prey. When you come back to land, your guide will make sure that your catch is cleaned and filleted for your convenience.
Children are welcome to join you on your trip, as long as they’re 8 and older, there are life jackets on board for everyone. All you need to bring is a valid fishing license, some snacks, and your favorite drinks (no alcohol), and your fishing adventure with 2 Net Fishing Guide can begin!

5 Hour Trip – Sturgeon Shared on March 7, 2025
We flew in from MN to visit my uncle over my birthday. We love fishing for lake sturgeon and have always wanted to try white sturgeon fishing. Ken was phenomenal! He pays attention to where the fish are actually biting and gave us the option to drive a bit further and boy was it worth it! Ken is very knowledgeable in what he does and just all around a great guy! My uncle was already talking about booking him for salmon fishing. Give Ken a try. His passion for fishing really shows when he takes you out!

20 sturgeon in 5 hours. Caught first fish 27 min in. Landed a 64" and 66" back to back. Still have a bruise in my hip from anchoring the rod while reeling in fish all morning. Ken was super personable and knowledgeable and the boat was perfect. Already figuring out my next trip. Thanks Ken!

4 Hour Trip – Lake Fishing 6 Angler on July 28, 2024
Ken was amazing ! We didn't catch a lot but we know that fishing is well fishing! Ken checked out our fishing spot prior to us fishing and his goal was to be sure we caught fish. He worked hard to be sure our trip was successful! For us it was. We caught a few and enjoyed the trip! We told him after our outing we would be going to Mt. Hood and he made sure to tell us the best places to go. For us, it means a lot when the guide takes interest in what we have planned and gives the best "insiders". He gave us so much information about the area and history. Answered all our tourist questions. Thanks Ken for a great trip!

Salmon Fishing was Excellent!
5 Hour Trip – Sturgeon Shared on July 18, 2024
We had a great time fishing with Captain Ken. This was an anniversary trip for us, so I was really hoping my husband would catch a big one. He did catch an awesome salmon and I caught two!! Captain Ken met us at the dock early so that we would have the best chance at catching fish, and we stayed late to give my husband and the other fisherman on board one more try, and at the very last moment, a salmon was on my husbands pole. The boat was wonderful, equipment was top notch, and we enjoyed learning from Captain Ken as he is very knowledgeable. It was a great day and we hope to do it again sometime.

Ken catered the trip to my desire to catch a sturgeon and salmon. He planned the trip based on the trips and river temperatures. I got a sturgeon at the second spot we tried. Then we moved to the salmon area. We trolled with about 50 boats around us, not many were being caught. Ken was determined for me to get the salmon, so the trip went a little past the allotted time. I did catch a salmon, whoever it was not a keeper. He was very professional, going through water safety items and explaining his method of fishing.
