You'll be fishing off of a 24' Northwest Aluminum Craft west coast cruiser. The vessel is outfitted with state-of-the-art navigational electronics, safety equipment, and fishing tackle. Other amenities include downriggers, a trolling motor, a Bluetooth stereo, and a private head. The boat accommodates up to 5 guests and children of all ages are welcome to join in on the action.
Your main target species for the day are Chinook, Coho, Sockeye, Chum, and Pink Salmon. You'll be able to fish using several different techniques, including trolling, jigging, spinning, and fly fishing. If you'd like to try fly fishing, please bring your own gear and contact your guide in advance.
Your guide will set you up with top-of-the-line rods and reels made by Nautilus and Islander. After your trip, he'll also offer to clean and fillet your catch so you can take it home for a delicious meal.
All you have to do is purchase your fishing license online before your trip, show up on time, and come ready to fish. Feel free to pack snacks and drinks, and be sure to bring an extra layer of clothing as well.

We had a great experience with Captain Chris!! He was very knowledgeable and easy going. It does not matter if you are a beginner fisherman or a seasoned veteran, you will not be disappointed. The boat and equipment were modern, clean and in great working condition. We would highly recommend Outsider Charters Inc. and Captain Chris to anyone who wishes to have a great experience and a stress free day of catching fish!!! We will definitely book Chris the next time we visit the area!!!
Four of us had a great day out with Chris, who kept everything interesting, found multiple whales, seals and a couple of chinook which were delicious! He took his time explaining things, helped with the fishing, gave us the options we needed for a great day. His boat is well fitted out, comfortable, warm and dry, although we were lucky enough to have 30 degree weather and flat calm. Would definitely recommend Chris and his boat. We will definitely be back, and look forward to finding the time for an 8 hour excursion in future.
