Reel Integrity – Alligator Point
Reel Integrity and Captain Joel Wier, invite anglers of all ages and skill levels to join one of the fun-filled trips they offer. Go on an excursion around the inshore and nearshore waters of Alligator Point, Florida and target a wide list of species present in this rich fishery!
Test your angling skills to the fullest by battling the big ones on the full day trips. These trips will allow you to visit fishing grounds further offshore, or cover wide areas as you troll for pelagics. If you're looking for a more relaxed approach, the shorter trips will give you the opportunity to enjoy the fun local fishing without making the experience too intense for the family.
The boat you'll be fishing from will be a 25' Jones Brothers center console. The vessel's powered by a 200 HP Suzuki engine, has a maximum capacity of 6 guests, and enough room for everyone to fish together. On board, you'll find all the necessary safety equipment, including life jackets for adults and kids alike. Additionally, it features electronic systems for navigation, communication, and fish-finding – giving you all the tools you'll need for a productive trip.
All bait and tackle you need to fish will be provided by the captain including top-notch Shimano and Penn rods and reels. If you'd like to try out what local fly fishing is like be sure to discuss it with the captain ahead of your trip. Fly fishing gear is not provided and on these trips, you are required to bring your own.
The meetup location has free parking access as well as several convenience stores located not too far from it. The things you should bring onboard with you are food and drinks, sunscreen and sunglasses. The rest will be taken care of.
So if you already have a date in mind and you've checked to see it's open in the captain's calendar you can go ahead and start planning your next fishing adventure right away!

Cap’n Joel was careful to communicate with us leading up to the trip and was willing to push out a bit further than normal to be sure we found them. Caught our limit on white snapper, learned how to filet them out and now we’re prepping for a fish dinner! How else do you define a successful fishing trip?! Would love to go again, but preferably when the season and time available would allow us to go out farther for something bigger than white snapper! Great trip for my wife and I and made some great memories with our two teenage sons!
This trip was absolutely amazing. Captain Joel was extremely well prepared and knowledgeable on the area and where to find red snapper and grouper. He made sure we caught fish and that was his only concern. We ended up going out much farther than originally planned but once he found the fish we had our limit of snapper within an hour of locating them. I took my young son and Captain Joel made sure to interact and let him have fun the entire trip. I would absolutely recommend him for any fishing trip.

We arrived in horrible weather, June 20, 2023. St. George had so much rain that Speckled trout and Redfish were not biting. Instead of taking our party and our money for a non-event, they warned us and advised against going out. That is so impressive!!! They have earned our enduring respect!
The captain was knowledgeable. His communication wasn’t the best. Also on the website the trip was advertised “Snapper and grouper” but he targeted us for Grunts so I felt I was robbed of a trip I booked this with the expectation of going out to catch red snapper since it is snapper season. Just be a little more clear in description and make sure the correct address is posted or is communicated in a timely manner.
