Captain Tyler Eichholz has decades of experience fishing the local waters and is a great choice for anglers looking to get acquainted with local fishing.
Your boat for the trip will be a 2022, 23’ Carolina Skiff, powered by a 175 HP Suzuki engine. The boat can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, all of whom can fish at the same time. There is also plenty of storage room on board, so there’s no need to bring additional coolers. Equipped with all the latest gear and electronics, this vessel will provide you with everything you’ll need for a fun day of fishing.
Kids are also welcome to join in on the trips and will be provided with life jackets of appropriate sizes. There is no strict minimum age for kids – the captain leaves it up to the parents to decide if the young ones can handle being on the sea for the duration of the trip.
Everything you need to fish will be provided by the charter. You’ll be equipped with Penn gear, fishing licenses are included in the price and live bait is typically caught at the beginning of each trip if it is to be used. You’ll also get your catch cleaned at the conclusion of the trip free of charge.
You should only pack some drinks, food, sun protection and be at the agreed-upon location 15 minutes prior to departure.
