Enjoy your trip with one of the best captains in the area and explore the local waters. The crew has tailored a variety of fishing trips that could suit any angler’s schedule. From a short outing to a six-hour extravaganza, there is a trip for you.
Try your hand at numerous tried-and-true fishing techniques, from light and heavy tackle fishing to trolling, jigging, bottom and deep sea fishing, jigging, and fly fishing.
Hit the backwaters for the likes of Redfish, Speckled Trout, and Flounder. Bottom fish the deeper water of the Bay or head out into the Gulf. The stunning waters there hold good numbers of Gag Grouper, Triggerfish, Amberjack, Snapper, Shark, Mackerel, and many other species.
Hot Spots Charters operates a whole fleet of spacious center console boats by Pathfinder, Ranger, Blazer Bay, and Skeeter. These 24’ vessels can comfortably hold up to 5 anglers. They come powered by a 250 HP Yamaha engine each and are fully outfitted with everything you need to make a great catch possible.
Trips include quality gear, tackle, bait, lures, and a complimentary fish cleaning service, as well as fishing licenses. The only thing that’s missing is you!

Luke The Drifter
Captain Luke is an excellent fishing guide. He was very professional, easy to communicate with, and knew how & where to find them. He called me the night before & offered to change my inshore plan to offshore because the bite had fallen off a little. I had already done an offshore trip the day before so we stayed inshore for better or worse. I did appreciate the consideration. He put me on the reds & trout where I caught several including the big 42" Redfish. We stayed on them until they quit & then he took me to the other end of the bay & we drift fished for Trout & Sail Cats until quitting time and caught a couple more. While he was filleting my fish his friend (guide) was docking from a trip in which his client gave back the fish. His friend shared the fish with me. Made a nice bag of meat even bigger. I sampled all the species back at my Condo & all of them were excellent (even the ole Sail Cat). Luke listened to what was important to me & done it. He does his job very well & has fun doing it. Anyone reading may want to take a can of Red Bull for enough energy to fight the Bull Red. Catching that one was really fun as was the whole trip.
