Captain Chris will put you on fish close to Downtown Jacksonville and get you back in time for your other business or recreation in the Jacksonville area. He can even pick you behind your Riverfront Hotel if you happen to be staying on the waterfront.
Get on board his 20’ Back Country flats boat. It's powered by a new 250 HP Mercury ProXS engine that will make sure you don’t lose a minute of your time. This Mercury Pro Team Captain will take you to the most productive grounds in the blink of an eye! The boat has all the necessary equipment, as well as a wireless trolling motor to make sure you don’t spook your catch.
Capt. Chris will have all the equipment provided for you on board, so you can get straight to fishing. Explore the beautiful St. Johns River inshore waters. It's an Urban Fishing experience you will never forget. You’ll target a variety of prized species including Redfish, Snook, Tarpon, Trout, and Flounder. You’ll be using both live bait and artificial lures, and Capt. Chris will make sure to maximize your time regardless of your level of experience.

Half Day Trip with my 9 year-old
5 Hour Trip – Early Morning Start on May 13, 2023
This was another, awesome outing with Captain Chris on the St. Johns River. With the experience of a prior outing, I brought my 9 y/o daughter along and we had a great first trip (for her) on the boat. Our first catch actually came with a cast net after seeing some mullet jumping. We then used these as fresh bait and landed a 24" Redfish followed by Mangrove Snapper and Trout on live shrimp/mud minnows. Captain Chris has a fantastic knowledge of the area and is our go-to charter for heading out on the north side of the St. Johns'. Highly recommend!

Great Day Fishing with Captain Chris
4 Hour Trip –Afternoon Blitz on October 24, 2021
New to the area, we were looking to get out on the St Johns and learn more about the river while (hopefully) catching some fish. We couldn't have asked for a better first trip. Captain Chris provided great communication in setting up the trip, and he had everything ready for us when we arrived at the boat landing. He guided us to roughly eight different spots, or so, on the river during our 3/4 day trip, and we had bites on all but one catching Snook, Mangrove Snapper, Trout, Redfish, and Flounder. Chris's boat is kid-friendly (I'll be returning with my daughter) and perfect for a two-person trip. A turn-key charter, he had all the tackle and live bait we needed for a productive day. He even offered to clean the fish for us once we returned to the landing. All in all a great day to remember!

Was worried about rain but never happened. Chris, our captain, was just great. Took us all over the St. Johns in search of snook. Hooked one but broke off. Other than that caught a monster trout as well as several keeper red fish and almost too large trout. Highly recommend Chris. Plan to book another trip in the fall.
