Experience the ultimate Grand Cayman adventure aboard Jah Bless Charters. Captain Cachas Stewart, also known as “Super C” or “C”, considers it his main goal to please his clients and show them a warm, Cayman welcome. He will do his best to get you hooked up on that big fish you’ve been dreaming of.
Less than a half mile offshore, you can already be in deep waters and have the opportunity to catch prized fish such as Wahoo, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Marlin, Barracuda and Triggerfish. Shallower waters will let you try your hand at reef fishing which is more kid-friendly and where you can catch other types of local fish such as Snapper, Jack, Yellowtail, and Tarpon. In season, you’ll also be able to go diving for some Lobster and Conch.
Depending on the size and type, certain fish that you catch will be released, but typically, most of the fish that are caught can be kept. Depending on your preference, you can have the catch cleaned to prepare it yourself, or you can have the captain arrange for one of the local restaurants to prepare it for you the way you like.
You will be provided with all necessary fishing gear, life jackets, bait, and a cooler with ice and water. Feel free to also bring along snacks and beverages of your choice. If required, transportation to and from your hotel will also be arranged.
If you wish, your fishing trip could be mixed with a little snorkeling at Coral Garden, a visit to Stingray City, or to Rum Point Club Restaurant bar to grab something to eat and try their famous mudslide. For an afternoon trip, you’ll be treated to the Cayman’s beautiful sunset. There is so much you can do, all you have to do is ask, this is your private charter so you call the shots.
So if you already have a date in mind, book a trip today and give Jah Bless Charters an opportunity to show you and your family an unforgettable Cayman Kind fishing/snorkeling experience!

4 Hour Trip – Deep Sea on June 20, 2025
A few of us went out with Captain Super C. His boat was an inboard motor setup which made it much easier to get around and have cover from the sun. We trolled for blackfin tuna and got 5 bites, pulled in 3 fish.. well 2.5 since the tax man took his share. We heard that other charters struck out that day. The captain cleaned our fish and we used the guts to hand line tarpons at the dock. We managed to pull in a 3 ft tarpon which made the trip ever more memorable. When we got back to our hotel, we asked a local chef to prepare our tuna for us. He baked it for us as well as served up sashimi style with all the sides. We stayed at The Locale and they treated us like family. The hospitality of the island is unmatched. The Grand Caymans was our most memorable trip and we look forward to coming back!

Half day Deep-sea on June 11, 2025
Captain Cachas is a original Caymanian. Had great conversation with him about the culture here in the Caymans. He knows the spots and where to fish them. Was slow but our charter started mid day. Once the sun went down the fish started to bite. We caught a Tuna and a Wahoo within minutes apart and lost (the one that got away;) a very large fish that I could barely hold onto the pole for. I recommend going early in the day or starting a tour in the evening. Mid day fishing is always a crapshoot. Overall Happy with him and the bot. He fileted our catch and took to Morgan’s and we ate the best fish of our lives! Did not disappoint!

4 Hour Trip – Reef (PM) on April 25, 2025
This is your guide if you’re looking for the best fishing experience in Grand Cayman, highly recommended. Friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly puts you on the fish. Also the boat was well equipped and comfortable. On the day of our afternoon trip the weather wasn’t looking great and he had no problem accommodating us by switching our trip to another day/time to make our experience the best it could be. Not only that but we booked the reef fishing and after mentioning that we never caught triggerfish he took us out past the reef and had us hooked up in no time. He even put us on a beautiful reef to jump in, snorkel and dive for conch before the end of our trip. Thanks again for everything Captain C!

Full Day Trip – Deep Sea on March 14, 2025
Captain C took great care of us! We booked a 6 hour deep sea trip, but I messaged ahead to say if conditions weren’t great for that we would be fine doing whatever gave us the best chance at bending a rod. After a couple hours of slow action and nearly zero radio chatter from the tournament taking place we switched gears. Light tackle catching yellow tail and parrot fish. We found them in no time and once we figured out the bite we were hooked up every few minutes. Can’t say enough about C and his easy going way.

My wife and I took our 5 year old son out with us. His favorite part of the whole trip to Cayman was Stingray City, where C made sure he had a blast. He dove for the rays and made sure we got pics with our son holding them. Lots of seaweed wasn’t ideal for fishing, but we still caught a couple fish! Great trip, would definitely do it again.

Captain C is a 4th generation local, who grew up doing water sports and fishing with the local captains. He remembers the time when he was a young boy catching Wahoos 300ft away from the shoreline with his uncle Frank. He entered the industry as a first mate over 25 years ago. worked closely with famous local Captain Marvin Water Sports, Bayside Watersports, Black Princess Charters.and with few other great captains. He started his own charter business over 10 years ago which allowed him to be able to fish the way he wants, to have more options and flexibility for customers. He loves providing a great time and service, and it’s never a problem for him to prolong the trip if guests are having a good time and want to catch more. Capt. C has won a lot of tournaments for Mahi Mahi and Tuna, but he is mostly proud of the heaviest Wahoo on the International fishing tournament he won numerous times.
