If you’re looking for some rod-bending action in the stunning waters of the lower Chesapeake Bay, then you’ve come to the right place. A professional sportfishing outfit, Havoc Charters offers memorable sportfishing trips to some of the East Coast’s most productive waters. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, you’re welcome aboard to get your hands on some prized fish!
Captain Brandon Baldwin and his crew promise to do everything they can to make sure you have the fishing trip of your dreams. He and his first mate have been fishing here since they were children, and promise to regale you with some legendary tales. They know all the hotspots in the region, and promise to use all their experience to help you fill the boat.
Speaking of the boat, the 42’ Post 42 offshore sportfishing vessel is a thing of beauty. Up to 6 guests are welcome aboard to make yourselves at home, with the plush cabin boasting air-conditioning and heating for all weather conditions. Take advantage of the comfortable seating, along with bunk, kitchen, and private toilet, along with a TV and multimedia system.
The more adventurous among you can climb up to the flybridge and gaze out on the incredible fishing grounds, as you help guide the boat to the sweet spots. When you get there, you can try bottom fishing or let the outriggers do the trolling work, as you seek to entice the bite of some prized fish.
As with everywhere on the East Coast, Rockfish (Striped Bass) reign supreme in the Chesapeake Bay. But that’s not all. Get ready for plenty of action to get the reels screeching, as you target Cobia, Spadefish, Gray Trout, Redfish, Mackerel, Bluefish, Flounder, Seabass, and many more delicious fish to take home.
At the end of your trip the first mate will clean and fillet your catch, so don’t forget to bring some cash to tip him (usually 20%). The only other thing you need to remember, is to grab some drinks and snacks and away you go with Havoc Charters!
