The boat you’ll use is a restored 25’ Nabridas center console that can fit up to 4 guests. It runs on twin 60 HP Suzuki four stroke engines and has got GPS, fishfinder, and radio technology for safe and efficient navigation. The boat is equipped with a fighting chair, outriggers, downriggers, as well as snorkeling gear. There’s a multimedia system you can use to enjoy your trip even more and an ice-box to store your fish or drinks. For any help you need, there will be a first mate on board.
The species you’ll be targetting include Spangled Emperor, Yellowfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Blue Marlin, Wahoo, Rockfish, and many more great species. You can attract them in many different ways and you’ll be keeping your catch. Some of the techniques you can utilize are deep sea fishing, trolling, jigging, as well as handline fishing. Kids are welcome to join any trip.
Your captain will provide the fishing gear, live bait, lures, and drinks. He also covers you for the fishing licenses. You should only bring some drinks before you start the trip.

5 Hour Trip–Dolphins + Reef Fishing
RISHI EXCURSIONS
We enjoyed an amazing fishing trip with Rishi and his crew today; everything was rounded to perfect since the very first contact. The boat , as well as all gear and stuff is first class and in the best shape possible, but most decisive factor contributing to a 100% success journey was Rishi’s deep knowledge of the area and fishing techniques , resulting in a fantastic catch of 8 Tunas ( one of them up to 25 kgs) and 1 Lemon fish in less than 3 hours. Don’t miss the chance of enjoying an unforgettable journey with Rishi when you plan a trip to Mauritius; on top of that, himself and his crew are extremely kind people. Without any doubt , highly recommended.

6 Hour Trip – Big Game Fishing
6 hour trip with Rishi and his crew.
Early start, 05:00 at the boat. Rishi organised a taxi to collect myself from a local resort. As we set off in the dark, we were offered hot coffee. Initially started jigging and ended up with a yellow fin tuna. Once we stopped receiving hits on the tuna we began trawling, then was mixing it up between the both, resulting in yellow fin and skip jack tuna. We finished the morning by trawling for marlin to no luck. It was still an awesome day, Rishi and his crew were super informative and constantly worked hard during the trip. I would 100% recommend.

Adrenaline, Big Fish & Great Team – Highly Recommended!
I recently went on a Big Game Fishing trip with Captain Rishi and his crew, and it was an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized — they arranged a smooth transfer from my hotel to the port and back. The boat was very comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed for a successful fishing trip. It was my first time doing something like this, but Captain Rishi and his team were true professionals — focused, friendly, and 100% committed to helping us catch fish and enjoy the thrill of the experience. Within the first hour, we tried different fishing gear and techniques, and we managed to catch 5 tunas! The excitement, the adrenaline, and the dedication of the crew made it an incredible adventure. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a memorable fishing trip! P.S. If it’s your first time, be prepared for possible seasickness — better to come prepared just in case.

Amazing All round trip!!!
Easily recommend Rishi and his crew for a total Mauritian fishing trip. Rishi’s knowledge of the waters, his efforts to catch using all techniques is something that most won’t offer. Popping, jigging, lures, live bait, dead bait, trolling… he will do it all to get you fish and boy did we get fish!!! Straight into superb sized Mahi Mahi, Wahoo and a few tuna too. Rishi and his crew are proper fisherman, very polite, very accommodating and very helpful. Rishi also organised our transfer and the young lad was unbelievably polite, trustworthy, respectful and gave us a brilliant insight into Mauritius. The boat was absolutely gleaming clean and the tackle was first class. Live bait was literally hand lined in so couldn’t be fresher. I’d fish with him and his crew everyday. 9 Hour Trip – Big Game Fishing
Perfect fishing day !
We had an absolutely fantastic day out on the water! The crew was super friendly and took great care of us – they even brought along extra sandwiches they had organized themselves, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We managed to catch two Yellowfin Tuna, and the crew truly gave it their all to help us land a big one. They were incredibly motivated and did everything possible – sometimes it just comes down to luck. The boat was top-notch and fully equipped for all kinds of fishing: trolling, popping, live bait, jigging – you name it. You can really tell these guys are passionate and know what they’re doing. Absolutely recommended for anyone into serious sport fishing!
