Catchin Hell Charters specializes in Walleye, Salmon, and Perch fishing on Lake Huron. Your captain for the day, Jon Adolph, has been fishing the Great Lakes since he was a kid and he knows all the best spots to put you on fish. Your boat for the day is a 26’ Hewescraft performance fisher, powered by a 250 HP Yamaha engine. The vessel comes with state-of-the-art navigational equipment, fishing tackle, and safety gear. She’s also equipped with outriggers, a wireless trolling motor, a livewell, and a portable toilet.

​Bench seats and a spacious cabin make this boat a comfortable and family-friendly vessel. Its open floor plan accommodates up to 6 guests and children of all ages are welcome aboard.

The Saginaw Bay is teeming with Walleye, Yellow Perch, Chinook and Coho Salmon, Rainbow Trout, Steelhead, Lake Trout, and many other species. The main techniques you’ll be using to catch some of these A-listers are trolling and jigging.

You’ll be provided with rods and reels from an assortment of top-quality brands, as well as high-performance lures and live bait. After your trip, Capt. Jon will offer to clean your catch so you can take a delicious fillet home for dinner. All you have to do is purchase your fishing license online and you’re all set.

Remember to pack extra layers of clothing in case it gets windy on the boat. Also, feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks and keep them in the captain’s cooler. Everything else will be taken care of so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.
