BP's Aggie Guide Fishing & Hunting
BP's Aggie Fishing and Hunting Guide Service offers over 25 years of experience fishing and hunting in the Texas Coastal Bend. It is our goal to make each fishing or hunting excursion an experience you will want to repeat. We are family friendly and encourage kids to experience fishing and hunting. As a dad of 4 I believe it is important to introduce the next generation to the wonders of God's work, THE GREAT OUTDOORS!
A full day fishing trip will begin 6-7 am (unless otherwise noted) and end around noon, or until we catch your limit, whichever comes first. We target redfish and speckled trout, and when in season, flounder and black drum. We provide live bait, rods & reels, life jackets and water. If you're an experienced angler and enjoy artificials, bring them! If you enjoy wading, bring your gear, (boots, belt, bait bucket, stringer) we can drop you off and fish your group in the same area.
Capt. Brian operates a 23' Haynie bay boat and a 23' Panther airboat with a capacity for 6 passengers. If your fishing trip has more than 4 adults, there will be additional charge not listed on pricing. Call us to make the appropriate arrangements for a successful fishing trip.
Texas Parks and Wildlife require any person who takes or attempts to take fish, mussels, clams, crayfish or other aquatic life in the public waters of Texas must have a current Texas fishing license with the appropriate saltwater endorsement.
We strongly recommend polarized sunglasses, sunscreen, long sleeve uv/spf rated high performance fishing shirt and a hat. Children under 13 years of age must wear a personal flotation device. It is recommended that non-swimmers always wear a life jacket on the water. We also encourage you to bring your own food or snacks and a small cooler if needed. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

We had an amazing time on our bay fishing trip! From the moment we got on the boat, Captain Brian made us feel welcome and kept the atmosphere fun and relaxed. We shared a lot of laughs throughout the trip, and you could tell right away that he really knows the bay and what he’s doing. He worked hard to keep us on the fish, answered all of our questions, and shared a lot of knowledge about the area and the different species we were catching. It was a great mix of fishing, conversation, and making memories on the water. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and would absolutely book another trip with him the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

Captain Brian was great. He was very patient with 4 teenage boys and made sure they all caught fish.

Thank you ! next time they will be ready to put it on em!
Brian is very knowledgeable, great personality, and grand kids loved the trip.

had a blast, hope they enjoy that fish back in Kansas !
Enjoyed the fishing and the Captain. Thanks so much!
I have always enjoyed the outdoors and everything it has to offer. I became a Marine in 1983, right out of high school. It wasn't until I started attending TAMU that my liking for the outdoors grew into an obsession with the outdoors. I graduated in 1991 with a degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Biology. I began traveling the different regions in the US, including Alaska to hunt and fish, however, nothing beat the South Texas tug of a Redfish in knee-deep water or the shaking pull of a Trout. As a result, I moved to Rockport in 1993. I got married in 1994, and we now have 4 awesome kids, 1 Marine, 2 Aggies, and our bonus baby who just turned 12. Life is good!
