Capt. Brian's Aggie Guide Fishing and Hunting Service offers over 25 years of experience fishing and hunting in the Texas Coastal Bend. It is our goal to make each fishing or hunting excursion an experience you will want to repeat. We are family friendly and encourage kids to experience fishing and hunting as much as possible. As a dad of 4 I believe it is important to introduce the next generation to the wonders of God’s work, THE GREAT OUTDOORS!
A full day fishing trip consists of 6 hours and half day fishing trip consist of 4 hours. We will fish until we catch your limit, or your allotted time is up, which ever comes first. We target redfish and speckled trout, and when in season, flounder and black drum. We provide live bait, rods & reels, and life jackets for all aboard. If you’re an experienced angler and enjoy artificial s, bring them! If you or someone in your group wants to wade, bring your gear, (boots, belt, bait bucket, stringer) we can drop you/them off and fish your group in the same area. We are here to help you enjoy your fishing excursions and make memories of a lifetime.
Capt. Brian operates a 23' Panther Air-boat. Each boat offers its own fishing experience. We provide ear muffs when using the air-boat
Texas Parks and Wildlife require any person who takes or attempts to take fish, mussels, clams, crayfish or other aquatic life in the public waters of Texas must have a current Texas fishing license with the appropriate saltwater endorsement.
We strongly recommend polarized sunglasses, sunscreen, long sleeve uv/spf rated high performance fishing shirt and a hat. Children under 13 years of age must wear a personal flotation device. It is recommended that non-swimmers always wear a life jacket on the water. We also encourage you to bring a small cooler for snacks and drinks. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, we strongly advise you to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottle.

From the moment we got on the boat, Captain Brian made us feel welcome and kept the atmosphere fun and relaxed. We shared a lot of laughs throughout the trip, and you could tell right away that he really knows the bay and what he’s doing. He worked hard to keep us on the fish, answered all of our questions, and shared a lot of knowledge about the area and the different species we were catching. It was a great mix of fishing, conversation, and making memories on the water. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and would absolutely book another trip with him the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

I will say Brian’s instincts were spot on !!! i have been fishing with guides all over the world and this was one of my favorites trips of all time!!!! You can tell he truly cares about his clients. We had great conversations while waiting for the fish to bite. He has a wealth of knowledge about the area and is happy to answer all your questions. The airboat was a blast as usual. I highly recommend Captain Brian. Can't wait to book with him again for our next trip down there.

Full Day 6 hrs. on April 5, 2024 • 4 adultsI took my three adult children out with Captain Brian fishing for red fish. We have gone on other guided trips but this was the best trip for the us so far. Everyone caught a keeper. My youngest son caught a really nice red fish that he is going to get mounted. On this particular day we had high winds. We saw a lot of people fishing early but the fish were just not biting. a little bit of a slow start but Captain Brian keept us on the fish. By the end of our trip we were the only ones still fishing and we were still catching fish. We had a a really nice trip and fresh red fish for dinner. Also Captain Brian is also a taxidermist, so if you do catch something nice enough to mount he can take care of you

We had a great time fishing for Redfish and Trout. We had never fished in coastal areas and our teenagers didn’t have much experience fishing at all. Captain Brian worked hard to scout areas of fish and get everyone a fish on the line. We also loved the airboat, which was a new experience for us as well. Highly recommend!
