Around here the fishing is popular for Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Flounder, Sheepshead, Black Drum, Jack Crevalle, Whiting, Pompano, and more, depending on conditions.

Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, jigging, floating or maybe something more specialized in this area.

You can keep any fish you catch within the legal limit. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned.

Kids are absolutely welcome! Capt. Tyler enjoys helping kids catch fish.

Capt. Tyler runs a 17’ Skiff with a capacity for 2 passengers. It has all the essentials. This is a no frills boat, but it is perfect for 2 passengers. It is a great way to get on the water for a few hours at an affordable price.

Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures/bait.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Tipping the captain 15-20% of the trip is customary, not mandatory, but always a good way to show your appreciation.

It’s always wise to bring sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
