Get ready to explore the productive waters on Florida’s western coast with Poseidon Fishing Charters! You’ll head out from Bradenton with a knowledgeable captain. Whether you’re hoping to land that trophy catch or just want to fill up the cooler, this is the charter for you!
Your ride for the day is a 26’ Crevalle bay boat, perfect for 6 anglers who all want to fish at the same time. She’s decked out with 3 livewells for super fresh bait, ample seating and cushions, and a small toilet inside the console. The captain fishes from the flybridge so you’ll essentially have the boat to yourself!
You’ll have your pick of legendary inshore and offshore fish. Stay in shallower water and you’re bound to be hooking Tripletail, Redfish, Snook, Snapper, and Sheepshead all day long. Offshore fishing fanatics will have their needs covered too! Plenty of Mahi Mahi, Grouper, King Mackerel, and Blackfin Tuna make for a day of rod-bending action.
The captain provides all of your gear and takes care of fishing licenses too. There are soft drinks and light snacks on all of his trips and on full day trips lunch is also provided. At the end of the day, he’s happy to clean and fillet any keepers and share some of his secret recipes for you to try out once you get home.

Half Day Trip – Tarpon
It is called "fishing" for a reason, and not "catching" lol
It is very hard to predict catching fish. We did not have success at catching Tarpon (which is a very evasive species and difficult to catch). But, he did take us to several different places and we were successful in catching Snook, Red Fish and Trout. The Captain was very nice, and we have a good time with him. We would recommend taking this trip again!

Poseidon of the sea!
The trip was a blast! Caught lots of fish & went straight home to eat it afterwards! Tony was kind and patient, knew exactly what he was doing even when we didn’t. Learned lots of new facts about fish, super interesting stuff. Overall would go again! 10/10

Half Day Trip – Inshore (1 MAX)
Great Solo Trip
Tony is the man. Put me on fish from the started to the minute we finished. Plenty of grunts, mangrove snappers, and gag groupers. We ended the day chasing reds and snook. Super fun, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the fish we were targeting. Thanks again!

Half Day Trip – Shark
Amazing
Tony was great and knew exactly what he was doing. We did the four hour shark trip and caught three sharks! A hammerhead, black nose, and blacktip. Mind you this was our first time deep sea fishing and he made it so easy. Highly recommended Tony!!

I took my grand kids fishing on the ocean for the first time. Captain Tony was very patient with my inexperienced anglers. He worked hard to get us on some fish. Couple snook bites that broke off and a dozen whiting for the table. Good time.
