Villa Katarina is situated in the picturesque valley next to the magnificent Danube river. If you want to experience the peace and quiet that everybody longs for, this is exactly what you need. When you get bored with everyday life, this secret getaway will be waiting for you.
Upstream and downstream of the Drava estuary, there are remarkable areas for going after Perch and Carp on the Danube. On the Drava itself, above the estuary, first comes the belt of Zander that live along the rocky shore. This area is successfully fished on a cheater on thinner nylon (0.20-0.25mm).
There are plenty of Carp, Catfish, Zander, Pike, and Perch in the area. You can bring your own equipment or the captain can offer you his. The fish that you catch will be prepared in the kitchen by the crew. If you're not a fan of fish meat, just set it free. If you get bored or tired of fishing, you can relax in one of the villa's three pools or sit on a quad bike and enjoy the surroundings.
The price includes fishing, lodging, and breakfast. Get in touch with Domagoj if you want to book several days at the lodge. Your fishing equipment is fully covered but you need to purchase a fishing license (costs $8 per day).
