He's been fishing for the most of his life, so he'll know exactly what to do to put you on a bite.
These fishing grounds are the home of a wide array of species, and most of them you can target year-round. Redfish and Spotted Seatrout are usually most targeted, but you can also go after other local favorites like King Mackerel.
Capt. Zack offers several trip options that you can choose from, depending on your fishing appetite and free time. All levels and ages of anglers are welcome to join, so you can come with your kids and have a fun family outing.
Your fishing platform is a 23' Sea Pro center console that is well-suited for nearshore fishing conditions and can accommodate up to 3 anglers. Capt. Zack will use onboard navigational electronics to get you to the bite, and you'll have quality Penn equipment to reel your catch in. Lures and live bait are included in the price, as well as all the necessary licenses.
Whatever you decide to keep, the crew will clean, fillet, and package free of charge. For any help, you can turn to the experienced first mate, who's in charge of showing you tricks and tips to attract your prey. Tips are always a great way to show your gratitude for his hard work.
Make sure to come prepared for your trip – bring plenty of drinks and food, sunscreen is a must, and sunglasses and hats will protect you from the sun while battling your catch. It was a hot and very windy day because a storm was coming in which made the fishing a little slower and more challenging but Zach was excellent and kept moving us around to multiple different spots. My son had a blast and caught some red fish as well as a shark. would recommend checking him out for your next fishing trip in the Charleston area!
Captain Zach was great! My two boys and I had a blast fishing. We caught some massive Red Fish, a Bonnet Head shark and some smaller fish. captain was timely, prepared, and put us on the fish with some great stories to go along. Definitely will be calling him again for a next time.
we did a short half day charter Nd Captain Zach made sure to take is to as manny good spots as possible. everyone was able to catch something. Will definitely book again in future.

we had a wonderful time on our 4 hour charter. even though the fish was being stubborn, captain kept moving to try new spots. we got outrun a storm. we hooked into some shark and soeckled trout. overall a wonderful day and experience!
