Experience saltwater fly fishing like no other aboard GoFish Belize! Based out of San Pedro, on Ambergris Caye, Belize, you’ll explore productive inshore waters for excellent game fishing. Head out with Captain Carlos Bradley. He was born and raised on the island and knows the shallow mangroves in and out.
Your vessel for the day is 23’ Lanchon flats fishing boat. She’s ideal for a pair of anglers, with one angler able to fish at a time. Cast off the spacious fishing platform and entice the bite of your targets with bait kept fresh in the live well. Store any drinks and snacks you’d like to have in the ice box to keep them cool.
There are incredible opportunities to land the most sought after inshore fish in these waters. We’re taking Tarpon, Permit, Snook, Bonefish, and Jack Crevalle. Fly fish or spin, it’s up to you. Capt. Carlos provides top-notch gear for both. Fish caught with GoFish Belize are strictly catch and release, so you’ll send any catch off after snapping a great photo.
There are a variety of soft drinks, bottled water, and ice on board to keep you going. You’re also free to bring along any other refreshments you like. Capt. Carlos can also pick you up at the dock nearest to where you’re staying and drop you off at the end of the day for an additional $30 fee.
All you’ll need to bring is a valid fishing license, sun protection, and polarized sunglasses. Capt. Carlos works hard to make sure you have a great time and if you’re happy with how the trip goes, a 20% tip is customary.
Pole along these productive shallows with a knowledgable local aboard GoFish Belize!
