If you’re visiting the heart of the Montenegrin fishing scene, you shouldn’t miss an opportunity to go fishing yourself! Join Fishing Montenegro and see what it’s all about. Your guide for the day will be Captain Beli, who’s been fishing local rivers, lakes, and the Adriatic since he was a kid. Accompanied by his son as the first mate, this father-son duo guarantees you’ll have an amazing day on the water.
You’ll be fishing aboard a 23’ Arvor boat. This pilothouse vessel accommodates up to 5 guests and everyone can fish at the same time. The boat has been fully restored in 2020, so you’ll find the latest navigational electronics on board, a refrigerator, a toilet, and a resting area.
Depending on what you want to catch, you’ll explore the local reefs, inshore, and offshore waters. Closer to the shore, you can catch Dentex, Common Pandora, Grouper, and Bass. Head out a little further, and you’ll be able to target huge Tuna, Barracuda, Shark, and even Sailfish.
If any member of your group feels like jumping into the water, the captain has snorkeling equipment on the boat at all times. There are masks and fins for 3 people and you can use them free of charge.
Capt. Beli will cover your fishing equipment, fruit, soft drinks, and sandwiches. He can clean the smaller fish you catch and it’s yours to take. Offshore species and big specimens are either released back or kept by the captain.
If you want to enjoy a day out with a professional guide and have fun, join Fishing Montenegro!
