We had a great morning out with Captain Greg today! Leading up to the trip, Captain Greg was quick to reply to our booking request, and any questions we had. As the day got closer, and he watched the weather conditions for us, it made sense for us to switch the day of our trip due to high winds. He easily made the change for us, and it was a great call. You can definitely trust Captain Greg to know the local weather conditions, and what will be safe and the most productive. We caught a variety of fish, including several that we don’t have back home in Virginia Beach, VA. We know January isn’t always the best month for fishing, so we were pleasantly surprised to catch as many as we did. By the end of the day we counted Captain Greg as a new friend, and we look forward to being able to come back down to visit again. We highly recommend Reel Magic Adventures!

We had a great 3 hour morning charter with Captain Greg. He was quick to communicate and punctual on our charter day. Captain was ready for us as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. We got going quickly and made the most of every minute of our charter. Captain Greg put us on a lot of fish and we caught multiple species and sizes. We kept him busy baiting hooks, tying on new rigs, and helping with fish. He was also very patient with my 7 year old. Captain Greg was happy to give tips and help my son improve, but also happy to let him be a kid and figure it out his way. We all caught fish, got to bring a few home for dinner, and were happy with the entire experience. I would definitely recommend a charter with Reel Magic Adventures if you’re looking to fish in the Cape Canaveral area.

It was our first time ocean fishing and it was an amazing experience. Greg got us on fish right away and we were able to reel in many different species throughout the morning. On top of that we had dolphins by the boat and were able to take home a bunch of fish for a delicious dinner. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back next time we are in the area. It was everything we wanted, Greg was a great Captain and was awesome with our 9 and 11 year old kids which takes a lot of patience. We caught plenty of fish and Greg had some great recommendations, we took our catch and had the restaurant Rusty’s cook it up. It was fantastic. I highly recommend this fishing trip.

He got a full day fishing trip. It was amazing.  We saw dolphins on our way out as well as at some fishing spots. We trailed shrimp boats. We caught 2 cobia, which were a delicious eat. They lost a small shark at the top of the water. I also lost a 30 pound tuna with 5 foot left to reel. It jumped out of water and dove to break line. We fought quite a few tuna and sharks. Nothing we hooked was less than 25 pounds probably. The captain was very knowledgeable, and willing to help teach techniques and other aspects of the fishing. He went above and beyond, and cleaned out catches. 10/10 would recommend him
