Enjoy, relax, and have fun catching fish with Dak's Private Fishing Charters. Based out of South Padre Island, Texas, it offers inshore, nearshore, and flats fishing trips. Friendly and hospitable Captain Dakota Crouch will take you to some of the best fishing grounds in the area and do his best to help you have a memorable fishing trip.
You'll be using a restored 21' ShallowSport bay boat which can accommodate up to 4 persons. It's powered by a 200 HP engine and is equipped with a modern radio communication system and livewell. There is also an onboard multimedia system and ice-box.
Using light tackle, you'll have the opportunity to bottom fish, spin, jig, pop, and drift fish. The species you'll be targeting include Speckled Trout, Redfish, and Black Drum. Captain Dakota allows children on his boat, so feel free to bring them along and have a great family outing. You'll also allowed to keep all the fish you catch and take it home.
All the fishing gear, including rods, reels, live bait, and lures will be waiting for you on the boat. Included in the price is cleaning and filleting your catch as well. Just don't forget your fishing licenses and pack your favorite food and drinks.

This was my first charter, and won't be my last. Captain Dak was great. Even if I didn't limit out on good sized redfish, the trip would have been fantastic. Dak was was rather enjoyable to spend a few hours with on the water. He made sure he matched my desire and experience level so that the trip was fantastic. He is a good guide and a good dude. I will be a repeat customer!

The bite was slow but we kept trying... very pleasant trip with Dak looking for Specs. I caught two, and they just shut down. My wife caught a couple of Redfish, but you shoulda seen the one that got away!
