The trip takes place on 'the Captain O', a 24' Sea Hunt boat. This center console has a perfect draw and size, just what it takes for stability on the open waters. She's powered by a 250 HP Yamaha engine and has modern navigational equipment. The boat also features a private toilet and a T-top, to keep you in shade.
The list of fish you can catch is a long one. Some of them are Mahi Mahi, Tarpon, Snapper, Mackerel, Tuna, Barracuda, and Grouper. The crew is practicing sustainable fishing as much as they can, so they tend to release the catch. If you love the taste of fish, you can keep your catch in a quantity that's enough for a meal.
