+9Cowboy Cowgirl Sportfishing has existed since 1965 and has since provided anglers with high-class fishing experience. Today the captain keeps the family tradition and invites you to join him on his terrific trips in Key West, Florida. They include inshore, nearshore, offshore, reef, and wreck fishing.
The captain uses a 37’ Contender side console powered by two 250 HP Yamaha engines. The boat is restored and well equipped. She has a full electronic navigation system, toilet, and bed. And for even better and more comfortable experience there is a kitchen and a shower. The boat also features air conditioning, a multimedia system, TV, refrigerator, and ice-box. As for the fishing itself, she comes with outriggers, downriggers, and a livewell.
There’s a wide range of fishing techniques that you and the captain will use and it includes deep sea fishing, bottom fishing, jigging, trolling, spinning, as well as kite fishing. The range of species you’ll chase is also huge. To name just some of them, you’ll be targeting Barracuda, Blue Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, King Mackerel, Jack Crevalle, and Tarpon. You’ll be able to keep your catch if you wish. The captain is enthusiastic about having kids on his boat so you can bring them along as well.
You are covered for rods, reels, and terminal tackle and for licenses. If you want snacks or drinks, be sure to pack them before leaving.

GREAT communication from the owner of the boat Knotty Cowgirl with a GREAT Captain! We had a full day on the water with Captain Jake. He is very knowledgeable about the area! Captain knew where to go to put us on some fish right away. He worked hard to make sure we had a great time! He helped me battle a bull shark so we could get the thrill of a big catch! Really windy day made conditions less than ideal. Capt got us out to some spots that were as calm as could be, didn't have much luck w fishing but wasn't for lack of effort on his part. Overall...was a fun day out on the boat.

Half Day Trip on July 26, 2020
I would highly recommend these guys. They genuinely cared about our experience and worked hard to make sure we had a great time. We had 5 in our group, 4 of which were first timers. They were patient and right there with whatever we needed. At the end of the day, when everyone looks forward to doing it again you know you made great memories. Great job!
