There's a fish with your name on it in Placida and Katch 'Em Up Charters will help you catch it! Your guide for the day is Captain Kalani, which means you'll tap into years of angling experience.
Depending on the season, you might hook into Cobia, Snook, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Amberjack, Jack Crevalle, Snapper, Barracuda, Grouper, and plenty more. You'll target your catch by spinning, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Feel free to bring your own snacks so that everyone stays happy and energized!
Your fishing machine for the day is a 26' SeaFox with a capacity for 4 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Captain Kalani is amazing! He knows the waters of Florida, how to navigate them, and where to find the fish. He makes it more than just a trip, rather an experience! We caught over 10 species of fish - he knows the name/type of each fish by sight. We spotted numerous dolphins and osprey. He gets as excited as his guests when a day on the water proves to be fun and productive!!!

Kalani was awesome, took a little bit to get things going with the wind but he figured it out and we caught fish and had a blast! He was very patient with all of us and a great captain, we would recommend him to anyone.
