Girlfriend and I had a wonderful time and couldn’t ask for a better captain and deck mate. Jerrid is a fully seasoned guide and made it easy and fun all the way around. He put a lot of effort putting us on the fish. Found a school of snapper and landed 20 or so but decided to keep 2 to cook for dinner. Very seaworthy vesssel with bathroom and a/c. They threw every kind of tackle, squid, and ribbon fish. Honestly felt like a vacation while on vacation. He even asked us what he could do to improve the experience and both of us said it was as good as we could have imagined. Even if we struck out, which we didn’t, it was worth it!

Captain Jerrid was fantastic. He was patient and kind when he found out some of our party had never been deep sea fishing, or fishing at all for that matter. He was as excited for us as we were when we caught our first fish. Overall, we had a fantastic time and experience. We will definitely recommend Captain Jerrid to any of our friends and family who might be interested in fishing out of the Port Aransas area. Thanks Captain Jerrid for a great time.

Went out on my first offshore fishing trip with Captain Jerrid and my buddy. Jerrid took us out to some awesome spots to fish and we were killing it. He was extremely helpful with showing us how to use the fishing gear and how to bait up the hooks. From the moment we got to our first fishing spot, it was literally catching, after catch, after catch! After he explained everything to use prior to boarding and casting out, I was extremely comfortable doing a lot on my own, he was very patient with us both. If you want to go out and do some great fishing, Captain Jerrid is the one to take you out! He knows the spots and you won’t be disappointed, I promise you. If you’re a beginner, know problem. He will take care of you and will show you the ropes. By the end of the trip you will feel like you’re a pro. The half trip was amazing but if you have the time, do the day trip! I’m telling you, he will have you catching fish left and right.

We had a great experience with Jerrid. We did the 7 hour deap sea experience. It was super comfortable and he was easy going. He was in contact with us days before and kept us posted on weather conditions. He also responded super quick with any questions we had. We had a 5 year old and two teenage boys and he was great with all of them. Seasickness got most of us and he was quite accommodating. We caught Kingfish, Redfish, and a shark that we had to let go. It was a fun experience. He is extremely knowledgeable. We would definitely use him again if we ever returned.
