Long before he could legally drive a car, he had his own small boat docked on Pewaukee Lake, where he lived with his father. As he spent more time on the water, he realized fishing was more to him than just a weekend pastime. The thrill of the unknown, the possibility of an encounter with a giant fish always captured his attention. Now, Captain Erik wants to share this passion with you.
You'll be fishing on a 22' Skeeter boat that accommodates up to 4 guests. This brand new model was built in 2021 and she's powered by a 300 HP Yamaha engine that reaches the speed of 50 knots. Besides navigational electronics and safety gear, the boat also features a live bait tank.
The season starts in March and lasts till the end of December. You can choose between a half day and a full day adventure, depending on how long you want to stay on the water.
Over the years, Captain Erik has had the opportunity to not only help others reach their angling goals but to become better anglers overall. For him, it's about creating a special memory. Maybe a big Largemouth Bass for a young child, a first Musky for a seasoned angler, or sharing a new technique with someone that's fished for decades.
All fishing equipment you'll need is covered by the captain. You only need to prepare your fishing license and pack some snacks and drinks for the day. Tactical Angling welcomes you aboard!

He did everything from finding the fish, setting up our gear to even taking them off the hook!! In the 4 hours of fishing, we caught 50+ fish. Half Day Trip on June 3, 2023 • 3 adultsBooked the 4 hour fishing trip as an anniversary gift for my son & daughter in-law. Captain Erik of Tactical Angling was a terrific guide! He was very accommodating, engaging & patient. He taught us some new techniques for catching panfish (pumpkinseeds/bluegill) and spent a lot of time with my son (who was only interested with going after good sized large & smallmouth bass). We all had a great time and caught a total of 81 fish! We plan on making this an annual event. Thanks again Captain Erik!

Erik is extremely knowledgeable and explained all in detail. We learned a lot. Safety was a priority as.we cut our time short as a storm was rolling in. The equipment and boat were first class. We will do this again.

My wife and I had a great trip with Capt. Erik!! We caught 47 fish and 6 different species during our time on the water and had a very enjoyable experience. Capt. Erik runs a very organized boat and definitely knows how to find the fish. We’d highly recommend Tactical Angling Guide Service and Capt. Erik!!

Captain Eric was very professional. All in we were able to catch 70 panfish over a 4 hour time period. Very knowledgeable of the lake. Highly recommended.

My fishing interest developed at a very early age. I began fishing for Bluegills from shore in neighborhood ponds near my childhood home, I was intrigued by the possibilities. Long before I could legally drive a car I saved up my own money, completed boaters safety, and purchased my own small aluminum boat. My first accidental Musky catch on my home waters of Pewaukee Lake sparked a new level of interest. I realized that fishing was much more than a weekend hobby for me. I spent countless hours on the water developing new techniques and learning new patterns for all the gamefish that swam in my local waters. As I continued to grow I discovered that I received an even greater joy helping others accomplish their angling goals, than I did my own.
