Let's explore the famous Lake Tohopekaliga and many of the surrounding lakes in Orlando. The adventure starts when you board a 20’ Ranger boat that accommodates up to 4 guests. This bass boat is powered by a 200 HP Yamaha engine and easily reaches speeds of 60mph. No matter what trip you choose, this boat will always provide a safe and reliable ride.

Your main targets for the day are Largemouth Bass and Crappie.
Your captain will take care of all the fishing equipment you’ll need for the day. But you're more than welcome to bring what rods and baits you're comfortable fishing with. Don’t forget to purchase your freshwater fishing license and pack some snacks and drinks for the day. Captain David will provide you with a yeti filled with ice, water, and some sodas. Let's go have an absolutely amazing day on the water together!

We had an absolutely fantastic day fishing with David Paycheck! From the moment we met him, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to spend the day with. He clearly knows what he’s doing and made the entire trip enjoyable and relaxed. Best of all—we caught a lot of fish! David put us right where the fish were and kept things moving so we always had lines in the water. His knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude really made the trip special. If you’re looking for a great fishing experience with someone who truly enjoys what he does, I highly recommend booking a trip with David. We had a great time and would definitely go out with him again!
I organized a trip for my mom, brother, and nephew while we were in town over the holidays. Given the size of our group and my mom’s mobility needs, David went above and beyond by rigging his pontoon so we could all fish comfortably. I was also stubborn and insisted on fishing artificial only, and David happily accommodated—bringing out his old tournament rods for me to use, including some St. Croix Legends. We all had a great time catching fish, and David was incredibly attentive and helpful with my family, from baiting hooks to casting and landing fish. An excellent experience all around.

We had a great time fishing with David the other day! He was great with our kids and got us on fish even with the wind kicking up. Everyone caught fish including a handful of chain pickerel and a few nice bass. Highly recommend David for a fun family trip, we took a pontoon out since we had our 6 and 9 year old kids with us, which was the right choice since it gave them room to spread out.
Captain Dave was a little under the weather so he hooked us up with Captain Marc Spencer of Hooked on Fishing Bass Charters. The day couldn't have gone better. Captain Marc had us on the fish early and often. My son and I both caught fish over 5 lbs and we totaled over 20 fish in 4 hours, most of which were 3 lbs or over. What a great day! Captain David started fishing with his father when he was a kid. He then graduated to fishing tournaments when he was 16 to see how well he could compete against the best fisherman in the midwest. Starting in 2015, Captain David followed his ever-growing fishing passion all the way to the professional level for a few years. In 2018, he decided he wanted to be a full-time fishing guide, to show other people how to catch fish and fall in love with this sport that he so much adores. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
