Come to Galveston, Texas and treat yourself to a true fishing adventure with Keep'n It Reel Fishing Charter. You have an excellent range of trips to choose from as well as fish species to target, so just pick what suits you the best and hop aboard. Captain William Myers can take you inshore, nearshore, as well as offshore, to reefs, wreck, and flats, with all spots being a great fish source. Join in and have some real fishing fun!

You'll fish from a restored 31' Grady White angler boat. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and is powered by a twin 300 HP Yamaha engine with a maximum cruising speed of 38 knots. The onboard navigation electronics are comprised of all the modern GPS, fishfinder, radio, and radar systems that help you reach the fish quickly and safely. The boat's equipped with downriggers, outriggers, and a livewell.

You'll be chasing Shark, Jack Crevalle, King Mackerel, Sheepshead, Pompano, Flounder, and a lot of other prized species. Using both light and heavy tackle, you can catch by bottom and deep sea fishing, trolling, jigging, popping, and you can also drift fish. You're free to keep all the fish you catch if you wish and you can bring along kids on your trip.

Captain William will clean and fillet your catch and supply you with rods, reels, tackle, live bait, and lures. You bring your favorite snacks and drinks as well as fishing licenses and you'll be ready to start your adventure.

First shark catch for the boys!

What an incredible fishing trip with Keep’n It Reel Fishing Charter! We went out this morning with my son and some friends, and it turned into a trip we’ll never forget. The boys caught their first-ever shark — a blacktip — and we also caught a huge red along with several other fish.

The captain was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience exciting for everyone onboard. You can tell they truly care about making sure guests have a great time. We’ll definitely be booking another trip!

Captain Will provided a great trip for me, my son and his friends.  Great size boat so nobody feels crowded.  Capt. Will had plenty of live bait and ensured everyone was taken care of.  He never wasted too much time on spots that weren't hitting and moved on to the next location until we found the right area.  I would recommend this charter to anyone looking for a great guide and a good person.

Great day on the waters with Captain Mike

Half Day Trip – Bull Red/Shark (PM) on March 24, 2026 • 2 adults

We had a change in our vacation plans. Booked fishing trip at the last minute. Captain Mike drove down from out of town to make it happen for us. Great weather, good company! Mike even turned on the radio and had some fun music to keep us going for the evening! Caught some nice sized Redfish and Sheepshead . Had hoped to fish for shark too but learned it was a bit too early in the season. Those don’t start until May. Would book again.

From Bait Fish to Shark Pups – A Blast on the Water!

The Offshore Gulf of Mexico gives you flexibility fishing, especially when the weather changes. For those who aren't morning persons, an afternoon trip is a great way to get some Offshore fishing done. Targeting Kings, Snapper, Trout, Redfish, Sheepshead, on September 21, 2025 • 3 adults

We had an awesome time with Keep’n It Reel Fishing Charter! The day started off with catching bait fish and filling up the live well, which was a fun way to kick things off. Once we set out, we were on the hunt for sharks and ready for the big ones. While we came across plenty of shark pups and some “hardheads,” the whole adventure was exciting from start to finish.

The capt kept the energy up, made sure we were taken care of, and gave us a great fishing experience. Even without landing a monster, the trip was full of action and memories. Overall, we had a blast and would definitely book with them again when we’re back in Galveston!

Great Time with family!

Captain Zach is and Keep'n It Reel Fishing Charter are the real deal. Captain Zach set us up nice and we’re on the specked trout within the first cast out. The fishes were bitting and we were able to catch our limit in no time. We were able to visit several locations during our trip but catching sharks was the cherry on top. The equipment on board was top notch the boat was very well kept and we had plenty of room to move about the boat. Friendly, professional and very personable captain Zach is a true fisherman and he knows the waters around Galveston highly recommend Keep'n It Reel Fishing Charter.
