Mullet Run Charters
The Topsail Island area can offer some nice opportunities for nearshore and flats fishing. When you’re in the neighborhood, don’t be a stranger and contact Mullet Run Charters. Captain Jr Hall will show you around and by the end of your trip you might stock up your fridge with some delicious fish.
You’ll be going after your yummy catch on board the Carolina skiff model from 2005. It is 23’ long and it can easily accommodate groups of up to 4 guests. The boat is fitted with a single Yamaha engine with 115 hp. There’s also fishfinding equipment available, so you could locate your trophy more easily.
The charter covers inshore and nearshore locations that include the famous flatlands of the area. There are no slow periods for fishing in these parts. You can encounter Redfish all year round, while you’ll have greater chances with Spanish Mackerel in summer and autumn. If you really get lucky you might end up bagging the coveted Flounder. You can go after the fish with light tackle and trolling techniques.
Families with children are welcome, and to make your trip more enjoyable, the crew offers water as refreshments. You don’t have to worry about preparations for your trip as the necessary fishing gear, bait and lures will be waiting for you on board. What’s more, the charter covers your NC fishing license. If you get lucky, you can keep your catch.
Have a relaxing fishing experience at Topsail Island and give yourself a chance to get some fresh fish along the way. Why not book a trip with Mullet Run Charters?!
