Bay Fishing SPI welcomes you to South Padre Island, Texas and invites you for a fun stay on the water! Captain Raine Williams has got 20 years of experience fishing in the Laguna Madre of South Padre Island and knows how to make your trip the best possible. Bring your friends, family, and kids, and let’s go fishing!
Your journey starts on a 21’ Shallow Stalker bay boat that can accommodate up to 4 anglers. It’s powered by a 200 HP Suzuki engine with a maximum cruising speed of 35 knots and uses GPS, fishfinder, and radio technology for safe and quick navigation. There is also a livewell to provide you with live bait.
You and the captain will target Redfish and Speckled Trout on the saltwater grass flats of the Lower Laguna Madre in Deep South Texas. On occasion, you will also catch Sheepshead, Snook, and Black Drum. You will catch fish using light tackle bottom fishing, drift fishing, and popping, and you can keep all the fish you catch. Kids are more than welcome to join aboard!
Captain Raine provides high-end fishing tackle, bait, ice, and drinking water. He can also clean and fillet your catch when the trip is over. You should bring your fishing license, sunscreen, personal drinks and snacks, and the captain suggests bringing polarized sunglasses as well.
Come have a great time with Bay Fishing SPI and create wonderful fishing memories!
